All is great, except the paperwork and billing systems are a nightmare. They are really good at collection calls after you are late 1 day though! You can fill out all online paperwork, but then the office wants more paperwork (or duplication), and in this day and age to not set up an auto ACH payment correctly is classic. My unit is for a local non-profit without a credit card, is this too hard to accommodate?? Yup. Eventually I will figure out a bill payment system, but without any help from them. Wow.

Paul was very helpful in arranging for my storage space rental. Prices are the lowest I have found in the area. The refurbishing of the exterior is a nice improvement.

We have been renting a storage space for the last few years at a place that is chain over in Franklin, MA. They have raised the rent a total of 8 times in the last 3 years. We started out paying $75.00 and it is now up to $160.00 for a 5 x 8.When we called to get info, we spoke with Deidre - SHE IS WONDERFUL!Deidre was careful to explain all the details of renting from HyperSpace including all the costs associated with the rental. We definitely liked and was interested in the price and the new customer offer, but we LOVED the customer service we were receiving just over the phone. We agreed to meet and check out the storage space.Again, Deidre was fantastic!!! She went over the unit, how the location is ran and maintained, and the lease which included all costs. She was VERY thorough and efficient, not to mention her southern charm was very much appreciated.Thank you to Deidre and HyperSpace for your top-notch customer service.
