Holliston Oil is a great local company. Very friendly, fair, and reasonable to work with. I moved to the area in late 2022 and called and compared all the other competitors details, price per gallon etc and Holliston oil is overall the best.

This afternoon, I went to pick my child up from the middle school. At dismissal time, there are children up and down the sides of Linden Street as well as crossing it. Suddenly I noticed a red truck barreling down the road going in the opposite direction, with no regard for the children in the street. Two girls screamed and ran, thankfully getting out of the way with the truck less than six feet from them. As the truck got closer to me, I realized who was driving. Joe Damigella in his Holliston Oil vehicle. Get that man off the road before he murders someone! He is a menace!

Impecable service. I rarely leave reviews but this company deserves the highest score and reference. The perfect formula of your journey should be - you call Tim who supervises sales, then he assigns Joel to do the best service you can find in this area, and then Scott (the owner) is checking everything went well and provides the special promotional price or conditions. Amazing company and I do recommend to call them and switch from your current service provider. I had a big problem of leaking tank that affected the boiler operations. 2 days - I have new tank and all heating equipment cleaned and fixed. Can't imagine better and faster service! Tim, Joel, Scott - you are awesome guys! thank you!

I had the most bizarre experience with these people. We purchased a house at the end of October with a good supply of oil still in the tank. When we needed oil last month we ordered from a reasonably inexpensive online company until we could get settled and get some advice from people familiar with the local companies. Unfortunately, we woke up this morning to a dead boiler and no heat/hot water. We called Holliston as there was a sticker on the boiler with their information and they were clearly the last one's to service the boiler. I explained the issue to a pleasant gentleman on the phone and he then asked me to wait and shifted to call to a manager or someone apparently higher. The guy said "You've been buying your oil online right?" I was taken aback but said, "yes" and gave the company name. He made a scoffing sound. I ignored the response and explained that the person that had completed our home inspection suggested we have the boiler looked at and that we had clearly not done so quickly enough as it was no not working. He then said, "Yeah, we expected to hear from you before now." "We are too way busy to help you." I can't fathom why they were expecting to hear from us as we had no previous business relationship with them. It was an unbelievably childish response from a businessman. I guess not needing new business is a good problem to have. Steer clear!

I was out of oil and these guys are the only ones who came to my rescue during a snow storm. Been cleaning my burner ever since... very professional and very well priced. Will never look for another oil company

We have been customers of Holliston Oil since we bought our first house in town in 1983. I wanted to build a relationship with a local company, but they told me they only serviced commercial accounts. I talked them into taking me on and I have never once regretted it. They have come out in snow storms, at dinner time, and on holidays. They have rebuilt our heating system from the cheap job our builder did, and they have advised us on how to get the most for our money. 36 years later, we are still with them. They will take good care of you. One of the big regional companies may seem cheaper, but try to get them to send a service person out in a hurry. Holliston Oil has never let us down, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Holliston Oil has excellent service. They are always pleasant and deliveries are very quick. I've waited too long a few times to fill my tank and they came out within an hour. Top notch company.

Moved to Holliston in 2014. This local company had been providing oil and service for years to the previous owners. I had no reason to switch until I met my neighbors who said I was crazy and likely wasting money every month. The people on the phone were super nice but my neighbors reactions made me investigate. In short time I saved an embarrassing amount of money by utilizing a local oil cooperative. Today, a year or so later I needed my annual service done and thought to continue giving at least that business to the local Holliston company since they services my boiler once since I stopped buying oil from them. When I called the person said "no problem, we can likely get someone out there this afternoon". He then put me on hold. The Manager or owner then picks up the phone and the conversation goes like this: Him "are you looking to become a customer again" Me "in what regard"? Him "well you don't purchase your oil from me any more. I have an email from you right here that says to suspend your deliveries" Me "correct, in that same email I explain that I've been able to save significant costs by finding a much more competitive rate. Wait, do you refuse to service oil burners for consumers who do not purchase their oil from you"? Him "yeah, we're a full service company and only provide service to customers who buy oil from me" in a very jaded and pompous tone. Me "ok, thanks I'll move on" Him "yeah, good luck" I hope you find this review helpful. I don't need my oil delivery and repair service company to be at a premium. My delivery since moving from them has been so easy and very competitive. All done online with great back up customer support. The deliveries are still from local surrounding companies too. A full service company to me means you provide a wide array of product/services, not that you will only sell them combined, that's just poor business acumen. "Good luck"

Just not friendly at all. While I recognize that businesses need to have policies to stay afloat, I can't believe how rudely they treat people! They said they would come fix my boiler (I am not a contracted customer) and then decided NOT to, but didn't tell me that they decided not too. Awesome...so now I am home with a house full of kids and not hot water. Thanks SO much, Holliston Oil, you are hugely unhelpful.

I have been using Holliston Oil for years. I will order oil from other places sometimes because they tend to be on the high end of the price scale. Their techs are good and they are quick to fix any issues I have with my heating system, On the repair side I have found them to be very responsive and reasonable on the price.

My family has been a customer of Holliston Oil Service for more than 30 years. I am a second-generation customer. They have taken very good care of us whenever we have called, one year coming out on Easter Sunday to repair my elderly mother's furnace. There is something to be said for doing business with a local company, and in the case of Holliston Oil, that something is good.

Great service! They are always on time, very friendly and personable. Leave the area clean and explain what was done and what is needed. Oil prices are a little more than other places we've talked to, but they are well worth the extra cost!

Oil prices are 20-25% higher than other vendors. Also in a town of generally nice people and businesses these people are certifiable aholes.
