This people are disgustingly bad for business, they act like they have a deal with the insurance company to screw people over. I certainly don’t understand how organizations hire managers for a 10M plus facility without any organizational and communication skills. I have a car there for almost 1 year without ever receiving a phone call, no follow up, maybe they think that because I’m Latino I’m an ignorant. They are extremely expensive, slow and lack communication.

Update 2:
Not sure how to reply to your response, but here we go:
1. Car was dropped on 29 July, repair completed 19 August, that's 3 weeks for actual repair + 2 weeks I was waiting for parts to be delivered.
2. I scheduled that delivery day 2 weeks upfront. How come 2 other cars were delivered and not mine? (I took a ride back with delivery drivers)
3. No need to gaslight here: panel was loose and clips were missing, I only checked that it was moving (I have better things to do than ripping apart my own car)
4. Show me photos of broken and greasy sun visor and vents please? That is something I didn't catch when I inspected the car upon pickup as I would never expect those parts to get broken.
UPDATE: On the way home I discovered more recklessness: sun visor got badly damaged: mirror cover broken, visor itself is very dirty, also vents in the 3rd row area are now broken. This is just unacceptable
If I can describe in a couple of words: they did the repair but poorly, unreliable and not respectful of others time.
Good things:
+ They did what was asked
+ Once I straightened things with my insurance in the beginning they dealt remaining paperwork themselves
+ Looks like they did go the extra mile to replace parts that got broken during repair. Many shops don't do this (or even worse scamming insurance quoting as being replaced without actually replacing them)
Bad things:
- Ridiculously long repair times. If you don't have rental paid by your insurance I would find somewhere else to get your car fixed.
- Poor communication. I had to call and email them all the time, as if they were making a favor to me. If you don't call/email them it looks like they forget about your existence.
- Once repairs were finished they scheduled for the car to be delivered (2 weeks beforehand). Then they confirmed it the day before delivery. So far amazing. But on the delivery day they call me and say, that they cannot deliver it today, and they would have to bring me in, so I can pick it up myself, or they deliver it another day. Frustrating when you had all day planned out by minute, and actually counted on the car being there for the tasks in the evening.
- Repair done poorly: glass was fitted not centered, some interior panels were loose, and the headliner and interior parts in general were much more dirty and greasy than when I dropped off the car.
It took them a month to replace the panoramic roof glass, which other shops told me takes about 3 days (with interior disassembly and assembly). Have no idea why it took them a month, and in the end the result looks like they rushed it in one day. And they didn't bother cleaning any of interior afterwards, can clearly see dust from headliner on trim panels, grease on interior panels etc. I will avoid Herb Chambers if possible.

Herb Chambers Collision Center in Holliston was great to work with. I was in an accident in June 2024 and it required extensive body work and coordination to repair. Working with the team at Holliston Collision Center was great, they kept me updated and were extremely communicative the entire time my car was being rebuilt. It took almost 2 months but they did an excellent job and kept me informed the whole time. I highly recommend them. My car looks better than when I bought it new! Shelly and Tina were a pleasure to work with and made sure everything was seemless. They rebuilt my 2023 Mercedes GLE 450 with new OEM parts (67 total) and factory repainted it. They did an incredible job.
Obviously no one wants to get into an accident or have to go through the repair process but at least with this team you are in great hands and your vehicle will be well cared for. Before and after photos for reference.

My car had significant damage. The technicians did a fabulous job with the repair. The car looked brand new when it was finished and runs great. I am beyond happy with the repair!

It was a great experience working with Herb Chambers. We have had 2 cars serviced at the collision center and had terrific results both times. The team was very professional, very responsive and provided A+ customer service.
