This CVS has the worst phone system. It is impossible to get in touch with the pharmacy. And after 30 minutes on hold with an automated voice system, the only option ever is to leave a voice-mail. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Please do away with the voice-mail system.

This was a 1 star review before. The last few times here are a tremendous improvement from where this place was. Pharmacy staff are helpful and the pharmacist was helpful which had not been the case with Mr Wong.

Rude and arrogant employee and unknowledgeable management. I don't understand how a store with so many 1-star reviews doesn't get district management attention. I asked about a 30% price variance between a posted sign and what showed on the (photo) screen. I got a condescending reply, attitude and a lie. Was told it was "tax". Said tax is not 33% in Mass. Was given more attitude then talked to the manager who was useless. Idiots.

Never been treated with so much disrespect. I was trying to explain everything to the pharmacist and she cut me off then proceeded to turn her back and walk away from me.

Absolutely awful. My elderly grandmother just went to pick up prescription and as she approached the counter they closed the pharmacy window for lunch and told her to wait 30 minutes. What is wrong with this place? I suggest finding an alternative. Nothing but issues

Would have been one star, but the cashiers are usually pleasant and helpful, so I do appreciate that. That's where it ends. Typically, we go there for the Pharmacy. Of late, they have reduced hours, and it seems that they have reduced interest in their customers. Frequently, the techs or pharmacists are rude. They seem uninterested in your challenges. People don't go to the pharmacy for the luxury, but it sure seems like they assume this. There are definitely some workers than can be helpful, but it has now been more the exception than the rule unfortunately. We have now started using a competitor.

Pharmacy is very much "pass the buck" don't give any helpful info type of business. Prescription was sent to this pharmacy, they sent a text message saying they would let us know when RX is filled. They never let us know, we walked in several days later to find out they where never gonna let us know they didn't have the RX and where not going to order it. They then said we will send to another CVS. We got a text message upon return home but with no info, we called the pharmacy again and they said you can pick it up at other CVS... we asked what CVS and they refused to tell us untill going back and forth. Abysmal service. Do better

The female pharmacist at this location actually refused to fill a prescription from my physician because she thought the dose was too small. What?? The dosing was small but for a reason. Tried to explain it to her. She still wouldn't fill it. The doctors assistant called and spoke with her, she still wouldn't fill the prescription. I cannot believe a pharmacist is allowed to make medical decisions for a patient she doesn't know. I will be filing a formal complaint about her and transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Employees consistently close as early as they feel and give you a bad attitude if you walk in within 30min of closing.

The CVS in Holliston on Central is a friendly place where I can quickly get what I need whether it is a product or advice. I am always greeted happily here. At checkout I am always asked if I could find everything or if I need something else. I have shopped at CVS in California, New York, Virginia, and North Carolina. The best CVS is in Holliston, MA!

Dylan was very helpful. He greeted me when I entered the store and asked if I needed help to find anything. He reminded me I had extra bucks to use which I appreciated.

Cvs closes before their posted hours, keeps the lights on and everything, but the door is locked before the scheduled closing time. Tricks a lot of customers into going before close just for it to be closed early with no warning. Workers are generally friendly though.
