The CVS in Holliston, MA is a friendly and helpful place to shop. The pharmacy staff, including the pharmacist, are described as very helpful, which is a significant improvement from previous experiences. Customers are always greeted happily and asked if they need any assistance finding products or checking out. The Holliston CVS is considered the best among those in California, New York, Virginia, and North Carolina. While the store may occasionally close earlier than posted hours, the workers are generally friendly and go above and beyond to assist customers, especially in the short-staffed pharmacy.
This was a 1 star review before. The last few times here are a tremendous improvement from where this place was. Pharmacy staff are helpful and the pharmacist was helpful which had not been the case with Mr Wong.

Dylan was very helpful. He greeted me when I entered the store and asked if I needed help to find anything. He reminded me I had extra bucks to use which I appreciated.

Cvs closes before their posted hours, keeps the lights on and everything, but the door is locked before the scheduled closing time. Tricks a lot of customers into going before close just for it to be closed early with no warning. Workers are generally friendly though.
