“Hunter and James at the Wellesley location went above and beyond to help me get a complicated order placed correctly, and to make sure that it got to me on time. They even went to bat with "corporate" CustomInk when the printers sent me an email saying that there would be a delay-- and suddenly the delay didn't happen after all! I thought that it would be an added step to go into the store to place the order, rather than doing it online-- but it truly made every single part of the process easier and smoother. I will never order from CustomInk without the help of the in-person Wellesley team again! Thank you SO much to Hunter and James for their help-- the best of the best.”

“Thank you Joe and Rose. I came in looking for a suit for my mother's wake back in December. It was a sudden passing no one saw coming. Rose seemed to drop everything and spent all her attention hooking me up. Joe had my suit tailored within an hour. The kindness I received went beyond customer service. There was genuine empathy and caring for a total stranger. Rose even threw in a tie, as if to say, "we're sorry." Believe me when I say that the merchandise in both stores is plenty enough reason to shop there. But When you experience something like this, you just know that there are many intangibles you're NEVER going to find in the chain stores and quite frankly, very few places of business period. Check out Rose's Corner and Spallone & Son Men's clothing. You won't regret it.”

“I have a condition where I can't wear most synthetic fabrics such as polyester, rayon, nylon, etc. As I browsed and looked at labels, the kind girl behind the desk sensed I was struggling and asked if I needed any guidance. I told her my situation and she immediately understood, and checked her system to see what brands would be safest for me to browse through.
Because of her help, I got two extremely cute tops that have only earned me compliments! ?✨️

“This isn’t my usual store. I usually go to Chestnut Hill because driving in the mall area of Natick is terrifying. Plus, this mall is far too big. But the Chestnut Hill store is temporarily closed for mall renovations and I needed to get an exchange out of the way before the deadline. It was an exchange from the website. I had no issues in this store. The two ladies at the register were super helpful. One of them even went through the rack of jeans for me, to find the two sizes I wanted to try on. I didn’t even ask her for help. I just asked her where to find this style of jeans, and she showed me and then said she would find what I was looking for. I was so grateful because I hate searching for things. That’s why I shop on the app. I buy all Uniqlo clothing, and I mostly order from the app because my preferred store (Chestnut Hill) is about 50 minutes away. I try so hard to get it right the first time so I don’t need to return or exchange things. While I don’t plan to go back to this store (this mall is far too big, with a very scary parking situation), I was very happy with the service I received.Also, Uniqlo recently updated their return and exchange policy to be more customer service-friendly.”

I am not a fashionista but Mo helped me pick a nice looking suit, and a few shirts to go with it, and Mustafa did a great job with measurements and adjustments. “I went into holister looking for a pair of jeans this one employee I’m not sure what his name was, but he had braids and was tall with glasses. He helped me order the jeans when we couldn’t find the size, and even showed me this super cute shirt! I also signed up for holister house which got me 10 dollars off!! He was super helpful!”
“I went into this Nordstrom to get a gift for my girlfriend. Serrenda greeted me at the door with a smile. Serrenda was super professional and knowledgeable about what is in style currently. I asked her about what to get for the gift because I don’t know what girls want. She took me around the whole store and showed me the best stuff that’s in style. ( I told her what her style is ) she showed me the best deals in the store. She took me to the case where all edgy stuff is in it. Here is it I found the best gift. Also it was marked down on top 40 percent extra off. I ended up getting a 3k Chloe bag that was marked down to 400 dollars and 800 dollar Burberry scarf for 140. Definitely ask for Serrenda when you go here and have questions about what’s in style or what to get for gifts”

“I blindly wandered into Bird & Bear last week and was absolutely delighted with the space and its mission! I was greeted with a heavenly scent and everything I saw I wanted, the space is warm and welcoming and I only wish I had more time to soak it all in. It was a pleasure to meet the owner Erin who was so friendly and passionate in describing the intention of this collaborative space and all its uses, as a retail space, workshop space, gathering place, and community hub - what an asset to the community she has built. I left feeling inspired and will be sure to return the next time I'm in Holliston!”
