I had never heard of BDR Automotive before one of my friends told me to bring my car to them and boy do I owe my friend! BDR is amazing and they take great care of their customers! If you are thinking about bringing your car to BDR, you won't regret it :)

I have been going to the BDR team for about 8 years. They have always been friendly and honest. The staff never suggested unneeded work and was always fair with pricing. They kept my Lexus running longer than it should have and let me know when it was time to start planning on replacing it when it was finally becoming a money pit. Its hard to find trustworthy people that don't take advantage of their clients. BDR definitely is a trustworthy business.

Excellent experience! They communicate well, don't hold the truck for weeks on end and are reasonably priced. If you own a Defender in Central MA, you need to use BDR.

My Jeep was having major issues that dealers and other mechanics could not solve. It was basically undrivable. My last hope was recommended to BDR. Had my Jeep for 3 days and figured out it was the computer. They gave me a loaner until it was fixed which was a huge help. picked Jeep up and running great again. will give them all my work in the future.

BDR has been an awesome mechanic for me and my family. Really communicates to notify of upcoming issues or routine maintenance you need to be aware of. They recently did a pre-purchase inspection and saved me a huge headache when they advised not to purchase the car…it looked great on the outside but the suspension was all rusted out. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an estimate done back on 1-12-23 at BDR Automotive for my 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500 with 75K miles for a full frame inspection. It was around $ 123 for the estimate. Money well spent
I needed the truck so I was not able to get it to them for the date we agreed on and called them back close to a year later at the beginning of 2024. They honored my original estimate and gave me a date to drop off my truck in February 2024.
My truck had a lot of issues, shock mounts, cross members, gas
tank straps and gas lines needed to be replaced because they were all rotted out.
I'm in the customer service industry and I've been running a Lawn care, Trees and ornamentals company since 1991 and I can tell you that everyone I dealt with at BDR Automotive from Brian, Nichol and their technician Jarred, to the person answering the phone went above and well beyond my expectations. They responded right away, followed up when asked and gave me options on parts to be replaced.
I'm a first time customer with BDR so as soon as I got my truck back I got under the vehicle with my creeper to do an inspection of their work. I was very impressed. Professional job and the workmanship was top shelf.
I highly recommend BDR for their customer service and work.

Good communication and friendly staff, clean and organized shop. This might be a personal opinion based on my own ability to work on a vehicle and the local area but I thought the price was a tad high for the fix but in the end I really can’t complain because genuinely this shop was fantastic with service and work, props to everyone who works there and the care they put into my truck.

Great customer service with Nicole at the front desk. Brian and his team are always available for questions and discussion about needed repairs. Estimates are accurate and fair, with no upsell pressure. I've had a fair amount of work done by BDR and their workmanship is excellent.

5 cars in our household. Each needs different attention based on age etc. Wouldn’t take my 10 year old lifted Jeep Wrangler anywhere else (new front drive shaft). Always appreciate the attention to detail at a fair price from Brian R, Nicole at the front desk and remaining crew.
