My car was damaged and subsequently repaired at Authentic Auto Body. It was there for only 16 days and came back looking like a brand new car. It was also given a fabulous detail upon completion. I cannot believe how fast it was completed and how quickly it was returned to me. Thank you Steve Proia and your entire team for the excellent service, you guys are truly the best!

The Best Auto body shop in Metrowest. I have used many Autobody shops in MA. Authentic auto body is by far the BEST. It is very easy to deal with them. They have auto rentals too. So it is easy to drop our vehicles and get a rental vehicle till our vehicle is fixed. They will deal with insurance company. All we have to do is drop our vehicle and go back when you get a text that our vehicle is ready. I will recommend this Auto shop to anyone who need service. Much better that big name auto body shops

Outstanding service. As someone who is extremely hesitant to trust any place with my car, I have no doubts about the integrity, quality, care, and service provided here.I called Cam on recommendation from someone else I had spoken to about my situation. I informed Cam about concerns with potential damages to my car after getting some work done on it by another business.Cam told me to come by the very next day & he met me right when I got there. He took a look at everything & eased my mind about the severity of the damage to my car. He also provided a quick fix for a bad panel fitment I had.From my small interaction, they truly excel at customer service & their work. Cam was phenomenal. I could tell he truly cared about both cars & providing outstanding service.If I ever need a service that they provide again, I will absolutely be back. I had an issue with my gas cap where a small spring came out and it wouldn’t open. Authentic Auto Body fixed it completely free of charge, all I had to do was pay for the part! It was a small job and not very time consuming but I still expected to pay, so it was a nice surprised and extremely generous. The staff were all very nice too and very easy to work with and pleasant to interact with. You can tell it’s a company built on authenticity and generosity and not one trying to take your money unnecessarily. I would recommend them to anyone!

Is a 6 star review possible??Yet another fantastic experience with Steve and his entire crew. They are so thorough, detailed, and keep you informed of everything that is going on. I have always had nothing but 5 star service from them for years. It is so easy to get fooled by so many mechanics that can so easily take advantage of people…. This place DOES NOT do that.They are honest, upfront and incredibly helpful with everything from rental cars, dealing with the insurance and making sure you’re taken care of.Customer for life right here!Service: Auto body & trim repair

We have had the best auto body experience BY FAR. So much so, that after we moved 45minutes away, we have continued to return. The service is high quality, professional and timely. The staff have ALL been so supportive and kind. We had a terrible experience after an accident with the at fault party's insurance company. The staff here advocated for us for MONTHS while we waited for final paperwork and checks. I used Authentic a few years ago for some autobody work on my previous vehicle and they did a 5-star job it. Just recently my new car received its first parking lot door ding. It wasn't bad but needed to be rubbed out and I didn't have the knowledge or skills to do that myself. I stopped into Authentic Auto to have someone take a look at it and to my surprise that took care of it right away -- I mean immediately. Went there via the recommendation of my car mechanic, who I've been using for 20 years. Wonderful place. Cam was very helpful, understanding, and clearly explained the process. He also talked to my Insurance who were somehow confused and resolved the situation. We went a week before the date of delivery, and they walked us through what was done and what would be done further. No one wants to have their car repaired for body work, but if you have to, this place is absolutely worth it.

I am not one for writing reviews as a whole, but my experiences with Authentic Auto Body have been so exceptionally positive that I want to acknowledge their work.The shop worked with my insurance seamlessly to expedite to process. Authentic took excellent care of "my baby". I appreciated that I was contacted on a weekly basis regarding progress on my repair.My Highlander looks better than ever. The detailing of the interior and all the swag (reusable bag, cup holder coasters and key chain) were unexpected bonuses.I have unfortunately had to have body work done in the past, but none of the shops I have worked with can compare with Authentic.Thank you so much!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Highly recommend!! Staff professional and courteous. Went above and beyond to be sure my car was fixed after a motor vehicle accident. I didn't have to deal with any paperwork, rental or the insurance companies, they did everything for me. Process was smooth and seamless. Being involved in an accident can be one of the most stressful things to experience, add to that being involved in a hit and run. We initially were told by our insurance company who we could bring our car to in order to be repaired. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed when we brought our car over to be assessed, we felt like we were just “another number.”Our son-in-law recommended Authentic Auto Body and to speak with Marc Bourgeois. Our car was practically brand new and only had 23,000 miles on it when the accident occurred, and we wanted to make sure that the car was repair right! From the moment we walked into the shop and sat down with Marc, we knew we came to the right place. First, of all he shared with us firsthand knowledge regarding insurance companies, after we told him about the nightmare, we were experiencing with our insurance company. He also assured us that we were his customer and not the insurance company. He said he would look out for our interests and make sure that our car was fixed with Lincoln and not aftermarket parts, as well as, making sure that it was repaired back to factory level condition.When the time came to drop off our car, they had a rental car ready for us. It was not until they started to take apart the car, that they realized the extent of the damage. They repeatedly needed to have the assessor and his supervisor come back to the shop to look at the damage that they found. Every step of the way, Marc and his team contacted us to explain the situation and asked us how we wanted to proceed. They explained that they could still repair our beautiful car, but gave us their honest advice, which was that they wouldn’t want to drive it after the impact that we experienced. In the end, the car was deemed a total loss. Even after this, they helped in ways that we would not have expected. They told us that if we needed help with looking for a new car or ensuring that we were still being treated fairly by the insurance company, to reach out to them, and we did. Once we received the offer for the claim payment from the insurance company, we emailed it to them. They were pleasantly surprised that the offer was very acceptable, but if it wasn’t, they would have told us what to say to them to counter the offer.We owe everyone at Authentic Auto Body that helped us along this difficult path a debt of gratitude, they were truly the most wonderful group of individuals to work with. We highly recommend them for anyone who finds themselves in a situation where they need to have their car repaired!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Amazing service from Authentic Auto Body. They handled everything with the insurance and kept me informed during every step. My truck looks good as new! My 2nd time working with Marc and team and highly recommend. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly.
