Lots of damage to my car and they refuse to take responsibility. Seems like the owner would care more, but apparently they don’t care much. Now I’m stuck with a damaged bumper on my Cadillac and an exorbitantly expensive towing bill for the service they provide. It’s a shame.

Ben was super easy to deal with an transparent from the get go. He’s a local guy and definitely did us a favor. Getting rid of some vehicles that had sentimental value was a hard thing and Ben made it as smooth as I could’ve hoped!

The story of how Ben from Benny's trucking & Towing came through for me last night when AAA couldn't care less: My car broke down around 12PM on 7/17. After calling various friends for help, I decided to attempt to use AAA for services despite having waited more than 4 hours every time I have requested help from AAA in the past. This time, the waiting was no exception and even worse than I had experienced previously. I waited for 6 HOURS just to be bounced around to multiple customer service representatives with no help ever arriving between my initial call at 5PM, to my last call at 11PM.I gave up at the 6 hour mark, but I should have given up sooner because Benny's service was INCREDIBLE. Within 30 minutes of speaking to Ben, he was at my location, and towing my car for me. I could not be more grateful for the service he provided to me, and he will be my go-to guy in the future. If I could give Ben a million stars, I would. I highly recommend this company's services to everyone. Don't even think twice, just call Ben!

Today I was towing a boat with a U-Haul pickup truck and my own personal trailer. I unfortunately blew a tire on I-90, and even more unfortunately after an hour on the phone learned that the U-Haul Roadside Assistance, my AAA, and my Geico car insurance did not care or cover me in any way because it was my trailer and not my vehicle. Benny’s towing answered and despite being after hours was there in 22 minutes to change the tire! Very grateful!Service: Tire change

I recently needed Benny’s trucking & towing to move one of my vehicles. I don’t typically give reviews but I MUST say, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. The communication was excellent and they kept me updated every step of the way, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they arrived quickly and efficiently. The driver was professional and knowledgeable, and handled my vehicle with care. The tow was done swiftly, and my vehicle arrived exactly where I asked it to be without any damages. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service I received and would absolutely use them again. Highly recommended!!Service: Car towing

My car insurance wanted a crazy high fee for towing my vehicle that broke down. Called Benny's and they were there so quickly for a very reasonable price. I'll for sure be using be Benny's again in the future.Service: Car towing

My husband was stuck in Sturbridge. The starter went on his 2013 Dodge Dart. Ben was GREAT to deal with. Even though we ended up getting it running before Ben arrived, he was extremely knowledgeable and ready and willing to assist even as late at night as it was. We will DEFINITELY be using Ben again when the time inevitably comes. It’s always a good idea to have a good tow company on speed dial for when you need it and Ben will be ours for sure!
