“I was coming back from Sturbridge and the front of car was shaking. We just had new brakes done all the way around. But my surprise the place didn't do both calipers. Call this new place down the street and JP was very nice and helpful. I would recommend anyone with car problems to go see him. He is in Brimfield Mass. And he didn't price gouge us!!! Super nice people!!!!! You don't find someone who is like this anymore!!!!”

“Brent is always reliable, trustworthy, and professional. He's also really down-to-earth and gets the work done when he says he will. Since moving to Southbridge three years, this is the only shop I've gone to and I've never had a bad experience. Look at the rest of the reviews and then don't bother going anywhere else in town (or if you're from out of town for that matter).

“Paul has been my mechanic for over 20 years. Quick story to show what a great guy he is: when I was younger and living with my mother (who had serious health issues) we lived up the road from his shop (about 1/4 of a mile). When I wasnt able to bring her car to the shop for her Paul would walk and pick up her car for her and once it was done would drop it off and walk back. You just wont find this type of thing with mechanics and certainly not the OWNER of the shop doing it.
Paul is an honest mechanic with service that is top notch. When I have something I cant do myself he is my first call. Don't hesitate to come here! If it was possible Id give 10 stars!”

“I needed to have 2 tires mounted on some very expensive rims, Mike and Scott performed the work like it was their rims and tire, they carefully mounted the new tires, balanced them, and re installed the tires. Fantastic attitudes, strong work ethics. I used to go to Townfair tire but heard about this place, great prices, genuinely cared, definitely send all my business to them.”
“I would highly recommend John & Matt and the team at AutoMedics. The dealership my mother brought her car to said she needed to have the turbo replaced and it was going to cost $4000+. We decided to take the car to John & Matt for a second opinion. So glad we did! They looked at her car and figured out it was only a valve that connected to the turbo that needed to be replaced. This saved my mother over $3500. They were recommended to us by a friend and we couldn't be happier! Thank you again guys!”

“I would give them 10 star review if I could. I brought my car there to get the bumper and headlight fixed after my car was hit. I got my car back and not only did they fix my bumper and headlight but they replaced the other headlight, repainted most of my car and even buffed out cover ups the previous owner had covered with nail polish. To my surprise it was completely cleaned out and vacuum also. I was beyond happy with their work. If I ever have to get auto body work done again, (hopefully I won’t have to) I will definitely be bringing it back there.”

Brenda the owner is an angel - she went above and beyond when my car was totaled while traveling from out of state passing thru Mass. she gave me a hug and bags to take all my belongings in. She gave me advice all along the way which was a huge help since this has never happened to me. She treated the situation as if it were her own. Her team was so nice - they gave my 3 yr old a snack and they set us up with a rental car delivered to us! They made an awful event so sooo much better. Everything was so quick and we were back on the road within 2 hrs which is unreal! They helped take off the camping rack and held it so my father in law could travel to get it. Also mailed some small belongings I left in the car back to me. Like I said - cannot thank them enough !!!! Above and beyond service - I felt like God put her in my path for sure ❤️ Thank you Brenda and team !”
“Dear Will Stebbins & (Team), I can never Thank you enough for what you have done for me. After 25 years with another Mechanic, he could not fix my entire original exhaust system & muffler at 240, 000 miles in time for my inspection sticker in August. I would have been rejected. I went to see Will. He checked the entire exhaust & muffler. While he was very busy he took the time to find the parts & quoted me a price. Being newly retired this was a big repair for me. Will, was able to schedule the service I needed in time. I truly appreciate his honesty & hard work. I can say now that his work is of Excellence. I will be staying here for all further services. Bob and Barbara know their stuff. They take the time to explain the problem, and actually show you the parts that are causing the problem. Honesty is so important and we are grateful to have found an honest family run garage to bring our vehicles to when in need of repair or regular maintenance.

“Wonderful, and structured garage. The staff is very polite, and professional.
The work was handled great, they were very efficient. My truck needed a brake line fix, battery, catalytic sensor, rotors, sticker.
They did what I asked, which was whatever was needed to do it. So if some stuff was done that I could have worked on myself, is not their fault. I'm very satisfied, and would recommend them to anyone.
I am going back soon to finish my inspection. They have my trust. Thanks Floods.”

“It's an auto parts place and they have pretty good inventory of everything needed. Back in the pre-internet days I used to stop in more but now I order things online and pick them up and that is one facet of their service not offered. Other than that, they stock everything all of the other auto parts stores offer. At similar prices.”
“Shopped around by phone to find a garage that had a *reasonable* price for simply mounting two tires. Cano's had the best price by far, which sometimes relates to poor service, but not in this case. Took me right away, competent job, friendly public interface. Can't beat this at any local garage. I'll be back.”

My insurance company had called 1 Stop Towing to help me with towing my car to the dealer. Brandon was professional and extremely helpful.
