The worst pharmacy- or even general people I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. Never have I had an experience where a pharmacy team member would ask me “how badly could you really need this” when they didn’t give me my full prescription and I called the get the rest. Amongst other verbal attacks from this pharmacy I am stunned someone could be so cruel. The absolute worst pharmacy, the much larger woman Stephanie should not work around people.

Switching to this pharmacy was biggest mistake. Not only are they extremely rude. Dismissive distespectful.Total lack of care compassion or concern. I had new insurance. Not once have they offered me help. I had to call a totally differant pharmacy. Im not even a custmer at. To get my insurance info. Now if im not even a customer of theirs. Funny they pulled my info up in heart beat. The pharmacists here couldnt give me time of day. I have had several witnesses. Including my own drs. Hearing the way. I have been rudely spoken to. dismissed while asking simple questions mis treated by these people. ALL for no reason.. other than the medications. I am prescribed. Every single month. I have had a problem with this pharmacy. Mainly Their female staff. Trying to micromanage my meds. As if they were my drs. Tonight was last straw. They were extremely rude to my 68 yr old mother. Interrupted her. Dismissed her. Then made it clear. They were anxious to close in one hour. Huffing n puffing. Basicly borderline throwing semi tantrum that they had to ring us out. Complaints have been filed on my behalf. By my own drs offices. As well as differant Witnesses to this unethical treatment and behavior towards customers that they display. Repeatedly. One being an active employee from another store. Saddened and sickened by their mistreatment towards me during a visit to pick up my medication.over all attitude I recieved from their staff. Totally uncalled for. Out of line. Unprofessional.

I’ve been in here two times in the past month. Late night 8pm - this time on a Tuesday. Both times the front checkout girl sees me walk in to the store but then minutes later when I approach the front checkout counter no one is anywhere to be found. I stand there scanning the store clearing my throat. Nothing. Also both times the photo counter girl sees me waiting and then ducks her head down bellow the counter and pretends to be on her computer. I was waiting for her to yell to the checkout employee who was two isles to the left of her but she just pretended to not see me waiting. After 2 minutes I walked over to the isle the checkout person was down and asked for help. The girl was literally doing nothing when I approached her. Watch out whoever franchises or owns this location the late night high school help seems to have a routine going.

Same experience as the other reviews. Rude and condescending customer service at the pharmacy trying to transfer a prescription for my toddler.

The staff at the pharmacy are extremely rude and condencending. I had a prescription transferred there from my other pharmacy for my toddler and they were acting I was bothering them or something. No compassioon or nothing. Do your job!

This Walgreens used to be great, but they have been terribly understaffed for the past two years. They lose orders in the store, you wait long periods of time to speak with someone, their phone system will often disconnect you. I usually have to spend 30-45 minutes of my lunch break to talk to someone and get an order unstuck from their systems. The people working there are always very kind, and apologetic, but it is not a good customer experience. The technology from mobile app to phone systems just don't work well.

Just awful experiences with your pharmacy for my sons prescription. I literally never write negative reviews for anyone but this store continues to screw up and be impossible To work with. Avoid

Signed up for a flu shot appointment which I had to wait a month to get. No more walk-ins allowed for shots. When I showed up for the appointment I was told that Walgreens didn’t take my insurance.I wanted to ask why I wasn’t asked about my insurance when I signed up for the appointment, but the pharmacy attendant was already gone and on a call before I could even say anything.

I needed a covid test to travel. The test needs to be within 48 hours of flying. After waiting a day and a half for results, I had go to an urgent care clinic to get the test. AVOID WALGREENS AND CVS IF YOU NEED THE TEST TO FLY!

Sick of this place. I get texts my prescription is ready, I get there and its not or they are out of stock or they never got it. Always a problem! Not once or twice but every time! I am done with this place!

Always Pleased. The ENTIRE staff at the pharmacy has been Wonderful. Especially Dan (pharmacist) & the only other gentleman that I know of is also Super! Wish I knew them All by "name", unfortunately I don't. Been more than accommodating.

I am so happy with Holden Walgreens. Dan and the other pharmacists are amazing. They do the scripts and know what drug reacts with another. They have caught very dangerous things and alerted me and the doctor to change order. It is so better than CVS or WALMART.
