The attendants were great, but the faulty equipment the staff had to use caused issues. Otherwise it would have been 5 days.

Tom and his team, particularly Belsi, worked pretty hard for an hour and a half to get my phone's eSim configured. This info and config was something that was supposed to be sent to me when VZW shipped the phone but wasn't. I spent a couple wasted hours the this team got it done.
