I went in looking for a gutter drip plate.I was sent to 3 different aisles. Finally I found what I was looking for on fourth time asking.Then I was waiting to be checked out and the man walked away when I was the next customer. I asked "now your going to walk away from after giving be wrong directions 4 times?The poor man was working all alone trying to help all the customers. They need to hire more workers

Rocky's Ace Hardware is a nice small home improvement/hardware store. It is much less overwhelming than Lowes or Home Depot but still has a good selection of products for simple home improvement or automotive projects. The store is clean, bright, and well stocked. The staff are friendly. There is never any line. The prices are reasonable and they offer a good rewards program.

Shopping for Stihl chainsaw for tax free weekend. Rocky's has a full line of Stihl products and great service too.This hardware store in Holden, MA is part of a chain, but looks like a mom and pop hardware with a huge variety of inventory. If you're looking for a grill, they have the Green Egg, Weber, Traeger with lots of accessories. Staff ready to help shoppers when you ask. Love this hardware store!
