If you have the slightest thing wrong with your car, do not bring it here for inspection. They will fail you for practically nothing and then try and get you to have it repaired there. Swindlers.

Went for an inspection and was told my truck didn't have a valid registration. Went to an actual shop the next day and passed save yourself a headache and time and don't go here for anything but gas

I'm a young woman that was looking for a new mechanic about a year and a half ago. I am very knowledgeable about vehicles & work on my own cars as much as possible. It's difficult to find a mechanic that respects a woman's knowledge about vehicles, but the team at Prime Tech in Holden does. They also gave me options about what quality parts I wanted so I could choose how much I wanted to spend, and I always get a printed receipt with each item and it's cost so I know exactly what was done. They've even done a few favors like check my check engine light for free just for being a value customer! I plan to go back here this month for my inspection. The Prime Tech team is passionate about what they do and I trust them to care for my vehicle well.

I just moved to Holden a few months ago. I am disabled and I'm a wheelchair. I immediately thought this place was great. Full serve gas so I don't have to get out in my wheelchair to pump it. Most of the guys that work there are wonderful. If I need cigarettes or anything in the store they will usually get it for me. So again I don't need to set up my chair. Great guys. But now one of the gentleman, an older man has started being extremely rude to me. If I ask him for ANYTHING he gets very angry. To the point he has started telling me that I should go somewhere else and that he point blank does not want to help me. He has made me feel terrible. Today at 2:20 sunday Mother's Day I asked him if I could please have a word with him. I wanted to tell him I was sorry and he can make me wait until he takes care of whatever he needs to and then to help me. I wanted to tell him that if I was causing him such a problem that I was sorry and if he is so against helping me that I would go somewhere else. But he did not let me get out a word. He told me strait up he did not want to speak to me and I should take my business somewhere else. That I should not come back. I felt extremely low. Like I was different than everyone else. He made me feel worthless. I already feel like such a burden to others in my life because of my wheelchair. I don't expect people to put my needs first just because I'm in a wheelchair. I guess I just expect people to be decent. I would never in a million years do or say the things he said to me or to any disabled person. Also I want to mention I give this place all of my business. Gas, cigarettes, whatever I need if the store has it it's the first place I go. I just don't understand how one person can be so mean and miserable. He should be fired. I would sue for discriminating but I'm not sure that's what this is. After all they were doing me a favor by not making me have to get out of my truck and I understand that. But to all of a sudden make me feel like I'm such a scumbag with his insults and terrible attitude is completely unnecessary. Thank you.

Great place to go for inspection stickers but for working on your car: JUST SAY NO! There are much better shops on each side flanking this one. The owner is a good guy, but I will only use them for stickers because the quality of the service work is mediocre at best in the prices are high.

A female friend of mine went their to get air for her tire. The compressor did not work. She asked for her money back. The owner refused and proceeded to swear, spit, and physically threaten her with a wrench. She did not back down. Proud of her for standing up to this guy with below zero customer service skills. The competitor down the street told her that if the compressor at their location does not work, they cheerfully refund the customer's money. Do not go there if you are female. Next time he might actually launch the wrench.......
