Great customer service. Got me in same day and was finished and out the door in only an hour. Hopefully I don’t need to visit them again anytime soon but if I had to they would definitely be my first choice!

These guys saved the day - had a shattered windshield and that other “big name” glass repair company bait-switched me when I booked an appointment two days out and within minutes they forced a rescheduling on me to over a week out. Called Patriot in the morning, dropped car off soon after, and they told me what exactly to do when I called my insurance to switch the claim to Patriot. Had car back in mid afternoon.
Cant understate how much I’ll recommend them in the future. Great guys and excellent service.
Now we get to enjoy the day off today with a road trip.

I had checked with two other companies one being very expensive and the other days away for an appointment. So I gave Patriot glass a call and they came out the very next day. Mark went out of his way to make my car look so much better !! He paid attention to detail. Wish there was a tip option. Best place by far. Thank you Mark, and thank you Patriot Auto Glass in Auburn for a job well done.

Eric was great and called back promptly. Was able to order and install driver side windows the same day. Picked up, repaired and returned within several hours. Highly recommend Patriot Auto Glass!

I chose to use this business bc they were close to me and I had a bad experience with Safelite ( glass quality ) I have a 2019 Altima,
Eric was professional and took care of every detail
From a professional installment, calibration of the camera and safety system to replacing the inspection sticker and EZ pass ( I know it sounds obvious, but you would be surprised how poorly these things can be done or not done at all? and most importantly to me, No wind noise. I had a spray on bed liner done on my GMC 2500. The liner came out good. HOWEVER, the service left a lot to be desired. I made an appointment 2 weeks out for a Monday at 8 am. When I dropped my truck off I was told it would be ready between 1 and 2 pm. I am an hour drive away. I showed up at 2: pm. They had not even sprayed my truck yet and the owner wasn't even there. When he returned all he said was, well, with a bit of an attitude, we'll get it done. Then a day or so later I realized that the back up camera was not working on my truck. which is in the tailgate. (they had the tailgate off to spray it) When I called back all they said was well it was working when it left. I checked the wires and found that they broke the camera plug.When I told them that the plug was broken they said well we had a hard time getting it apart. I would never go back here.
