I am so disgusted that this veterinary hospital can actually turn away and refuse to see their client of numerous years due to there lame excuse of "COVID". They tried to pull this BS last year and not see my cat but luckily Dr. Mulryan was understanding and caring enough to see my cat who has only been seen by this vet due to her anxiety. I'm assuming Dr. Mulryan does not work there anymore because after reviewing my cat's chart they said sorry, no we can't see your cat due to covid and short staffing! That's a joke. If they cared about their clients and were sensitive to each pets conditions then they would not refuse to see them. This is completely unacceptable and I do not recommend this place to anyone if you expect to get continuous care for your pet. It's always been a battle with the receptionist to get appt's without arguing a valid reason for my cat to be seen. The only reason I stuck w/ this place is because Dr. Mulryan changed my mind every time after she cared for my cat. After speaking w/ her and realizing what a great,caring vet she is. She had a way of handling my cat that made both my cat and myself comfortable. That to me was worth dealing w/ the rude front desk girls to get my cat the gentle care she needs with her anxiety. HUGE THUMBS DOWN TO MT WACHUSETT VETERINARY HOSPITAL! Honestly I'm not sure how your going to stay in business with the rude, negative staff at the front who look for any reason to not book you an appointment and just the fact that even after checking the cats chart and seeing the history and number of years as a client you FAIL to provide consistent care!! I will be looking elsewhere for future care of my cat. I do not recommend this place at all!!

This has been my veterinary hospital since I had my childhood dog. My dog and cat are both currently patients here. They offer these adorable little ID cards for every pet with a picture and their vaccination records. They also offer postcards in the mail when you need to book a appointment. The facility is clean and modern. The staff are exceptionally compassionate and caring. The doctors are very good as well. That being said, there prices are slightly higher than other local veterinary practices. The estimates can be quite shocking and the only financing option is Care Credit. Overall this is a great hospital and the staff and quality of care more than make up for the cost.

The staff is very knowledgeable the vet is kind and does not hesitate to answer questions. The Staff is good to work with and is accommodating. i live just down the road from them and i was running out of food for my cat but i could not leave the house as i had only been home from the hospital 2 weeks from open heart surgery and one of the staff offered to bring it to me and left it just inside the door for me until my wife came home from work in boston so there would not have been away for me to get it anyother way. I love this office and they will be my vet for life.

I love my kitties, and I think they have been well taken care of here. I think they are quite expensive. They are reliable and have great customer care.

We have been going here for 8 years now. The vets here have helped us through all the illnesses that have come up including heart and kidney issues. They have a wonderful and caring staff.

Ok vet care, if you need the old changed on your dog they will do it, but if your dogs keeling over on its legs and you need a serious look in, get out your checkbook and drive to Tufts.
