Brian and Alli were an absolute pleasure to work with! They took the time to answer all our questions and walk us through everything that was foreign to us when it came to home buying and the mortgage process. The home buying process can be stressful and chaotic but they were quick to reassure us that they would be there every step of the way (and they were!). They both offer great advice and are always easy to get a hold of if you have any questions (lord knows we had lots). Recently started the long process of finding and purchasing a home. I had absolutely no idea what to do or how to start. I asked for some recommendations from friends and family and everyone said to start with Brian Moore at Fairway Independent Mortgage. I called Brian pretty nervously being as I had no experience buying a home. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped guide me step by step what I needed to do and who to contact about everything. He set me up with an excellent realtor that knew the area well and we were able to find a home in our budget that fit our needs perfectly. Brian was in communication the whole time helping us secure the financing needed to make a quick and easy close. Brian was great at staying focused and calm in a pretty stressful and chaotic time for us. I have no doubt that in the future I would absolutely use Brian and Fairway Independent Mortgage again. I will also not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else that is looking to purchase or refinance home.
