“I could not have asked for better service. I broke a leaf spring on my 5th wheel coming in to Sturbridge. Called Brian at Spring Rebuilders just as they were closing and he did the best he could to match a spring, but it was an inch too long. He was able to order a direct replacement for me (I purchased 4 new springs) and had them at the shop the next day. A few other shops tried to help me but couldn't when they found I needed a 4000 lb spring. The customer service I received from Brian was outstanding. Thanks you!”
“I have never had a bad experience at any CAP store. I have been to every Worcester location and many others. I will go out of my way to go to CAP. I drive a 2016 VW Golf R. I can almost never find a rear wiper for my car. I was on my way home to Worcester from Southbridge when my relatively new rear wiper shredded and literally fell apart. There was heavy rain forcasted the next day. I needed to replace it. I had siri look up the address for the park ave store. I would get there right before the 6pm closing time. I called and Matt answered. He looked it up and he had none in stock. I had a really odd size and he gave me the size number. He could have easily ended the call because he was getting ready to go home and he was out of stock of my blade. He did not do that. He told me that the W boylston st store had one. I barely had time to make it before 6pm. I put it in my gps. I called the store when I was down the street from the W Boylston location. They told me Matt had already called and let them know. I got the wiper. I called the Park Ave store to see if I could leave a message for Matt because it was after 6pm. The store was closed. My homeboy answered! He recognized my number and wanted to make sure I made out ok!!! Even though I did not buy from his store, his top notch customer service left a huge impact on me and reaffirmed my loyalty to CAP. Great customer service and an all around great guy!!!”
“I don’t know what the girl below is talking about at all!!! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Adriana and 508 auto body. This past week was my 4th time bringing a vehicle to them. Adriana she fabulous with accommodating times to drop /pick up, coordinating a car rental (has it there waiting for you), and getting things done efficiently! As a night shift nurse and mom of a toddler I appreciate her making everything easy. The paint job and body work is always beautiful, and I have a difficult purple colored jeep. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring any vehicle to them!”
