This place was literally being extremely rude and they wouldn't give me my medicine. I think they dont believe me so I would recommend to NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY they are rude?

I find Walgreens to be the most inexpensive drug store.I shop there at least once a week and get all of my prescriptions filled here. I just wish they would go back to giving weekly circulars.

I am stunned at the lack of professionalism at this Walgreens pharmacy in Holbrook. The problems I have are:1) They do not fill the correct amount of medication. Despite talking to a manager about filling the quantity my dr prescribes, they will prescribe up to three times that amount and charge you the whole time. 2) On my visit today, Oct 21, 2022 I used the drive thru, as I usually do. I handed the pharmacist my card, they gave me the meds but not my card back. I asked, they said maybe it is in your hand. I checked the stapled shut bags they gave me with my meds, no card. Guy says maybe it fell on the ground. I pull my card up and no card. I tell them no card and then he puts it into the bin. Why is my card folded in half? Why did the pharmacist destroy my card? I'm done with this location. Not only are they causing me to spend way too much on meds that were not prescribed or needed, but now I can't even use my bank card.

Cancelled my vaccination appointment twice at the last minute. Pharmacist even said she would give it the next morning and no showed. All in all wasted 5 hours commuting.

If your going to temporarily close your pharmacy, maybe put a sign up at the drive up window?? And maybe give the community a time frame when pharmacy WILL be open!!, so that we can get our prescriptions. Unacceptable Communication towards your Health Care Community!!

Yesterday I went to get my flu shot and it was a comedy of errors. They didnt have my appointment, couldn't find my insurance (despite having my card), took half an hour to get get my shot. They lost people's prescriptions and people were coming in from the drive through because the line was so long. I shouldn't have been surprised today when my husband went to his appointment and the pharmacy was completely closed! The manager didn't even say a word to him.

Was publicly humiliated but the pharmacy manager because she didn’t understand why I got 2 perscriptions from2 diffrent doctors to hold me over until my PCP appointment. Yelling about my prescriptions I’m front of customers , extremely unprofessional she should not be dealing with the public. She yelled at me in front of a line of people zzz pretty sure that’s a hippa violation

I support my local Walgreens! Great staff, always friendly and helpful staff. My kids love a trip here. We always leave with something in addition to our shopping list.

Will never go here again after they couodnt handle a fedex delivery. They left it in the ground shipping area and now my package is lost that cost 1700$ never again
