Purchased a Scag Patriot from them in August, had an excellent experience. The owner Don worked with me and even found a manufacture rebate for me. He also called me a couple weeks after the purchase just to check in and see how I was liking the mower. Great guy and business.

TLDR: They stand behind their products!
I bought a riding mower from them a few months ago , and had put a good amoumt of hours on it, when one day I started hearing a strange noise from the mower and it was leaking black gunk. Obviously I was concerned and called them on the spot.
They came and picked it up (I live like 45 min away, so not that close) the next morning and looked this thing over everywhich way. Turns out the gunk was some decomposing grass stuck in the chute from cutting on a wet day, but they couldn't find or hear a noise. After a few days of looking they brought it back to me but when I tested it I could still hear a noise. Rather than giving me a run around or saying I'm making things up. They happily took it right back to the shop, found the noise, fixed it, and brought it back to me the next day. I don't know if you've ever tried to convince someone of something they can't hear, but it usually doesn't go well. These guys treated me with respect the whole way.
(It ended up being a loose part by the muffler vibrating).
This kind of service and product quality is why I've been buying my landscaping tools from them only, for 5+ years.

Dropped my zero turn at the end of last season, oil, 3 new blades, and air filter. Took it home, winterized and stored it. Had to jump it this season and didn’t ride it for more than 25 mins before I lost the deck belt. Neither issue was their fault or anything they worked on and I’ve been going there since they were on Franklin St so I brought it back for a dead battery and a deck belt. They lifted it with a forklift in front of me, watched the fork go under the deck. Come back to pick it up and got charged for 2 bent blades, and another air filter. No prior call to tell me they were doing extra work. After arguing with the service manager they removed the cost of the air filter and blades but still charged me 1.5hr labor (same as the initial receipt). Lied and told me it usually takes 4 hours to check a battery alone and I should be happy I got a deal.

Purchased from them for years. However, what I've come to understand is that it's not worth trying to buy replacement parts. THEY NEVER HAVE IT. They carry the brands but they never have standard parts when you need them. I've given up and order everything online. And, the staff makes no effort to look if have the exact numbers they won't even try.

I inquired about buying an engine. They were completely unhelpful and were unwilling to even give pricing. Not to mention it took over a week for a response. Go elsewhere as there is plenty of competition.
