βThis is a very good delivery service. Helpful updates, and right on time. The delivery folks were very careful and courteous. Only complaint is that they initially give themselves a 12 hour window for arrival.. Finally on the day prior to arrival they narrow the window to 4 hours - this is hard to plan around. Be more like Amazon!β

βI am a local business near this store. And I always like their service and how close they are to us. They helped me on a last minute package and offer printed out a shipping label, which was send to my email as an attachment. I could have missed our clientβs deadline of the delivery without the staffβs help. A big thanks to the gentlemen who is working on 5/21 around 6 pm.β
βRoman is the BEST!! I have been coming to this UPS Store since I started my non-profit in 2018. Roman has always been an awesome help!! I am always working late and I show up late with documents I need printed out for the next day and he always stays late and doesn't get mad at all which is amazing. I am a one woman show and need all the help I can get. Knowing Roman is so kind and understanding makes my job so much easier. I highly recommend his store 100%.β

The guy who was helping me took the time to figure out how we could cram everything into one box and got the return processed so I wouldn't have to deal with Amazon. βI had a great experience shipping a package to Ukraine for the first time at this Meest location. The website linked in the Google map description had helpful info on phone number to call to make an appointment. I recommend that if itβs your first time. The gentleman inside was incredibly helpful and patient, and guided me through the process of registering online and filling out the customs form. We are hopeful the package arrives fine, and if it does we definitely will be using them again! The ship time via air was estimated 10-14 days and I found the pricing reasonable.Itβs a little hard to find if you havenβt been there before, as the entrance is around the back of the shopping plaza and there was no signage on the street level. But if you go in the plaza, there is a sign for 45 R that points to the driveway around back, thereβs a Ukrainian flag outside the door βΊοΈβ

βFirst time applying for a passport with my husband. Tony is the one who attended us and he was friendly and courteous, he walked us through the whole process and got us out of there in a timely fashion. Thank you for making the process an easy one!β
βI have been coming to this location for quite some time now and I can tell you that this has been the best USPS location I have ever frequented in a while. The people are calm, the people are nice, and they are specially very respectful. I recommend for anyone in the neighborhood to come by and visit!!!β
βWow! I am visiting my sister here and just mailed out 3 posts. Vin the clerk pick up a mistake on a zipcode I have been using from Thailand for a year. He check the zipcode I had 3 times and mine was wrong. Great service and no wait. Easy peasy in and out. Thank you Vin!β
βI didn't catch the name of the person who helped me, but I needed an important package sooner than it would be delivered and the worker there was so kind helping me get my package quickly out of pure kindness, not obligation! I'm so thankful as it changed the trajectory of my entire weekend, just from a small act of kindness. Great service and a very easy location to drive to even from a town over. Thank you again!β
βWish I could give 10 stars to the Roslindale Post office. I was putting together a retirement for my boss that was due at noon. I was waiting on 3 more envelopes that my colleagues had put in the mail the week before that I anticipated were most likely in the carriers bag out for delivery. At 10:30am I called the PO and April answered the phone. I offered to meet the carrier wherever he was to grab the envelope since my afternoon mail delivery would mean I could not finish putting the gift together. April went above and beyond and found the carrier and within 30 minutes the two envelopes were dropped in my box and she called to confirm they had been received. In 93Β° weather, I tried to run out to give the carrier a cold Gatorade, but he was already gone before I could get there. Both April and the mail carrier went out of their way to save the day so that we could complete the gift for my boss. A+++++++β

βThis post office does not deliver mail. All other services only. Such as, but not limited to, all mailing out/packaging & shipping services, p.o. box rentals, supplies, etc. Great customer service. Never really a long wait unless a customer holds up the line for whatever reason.β

βJust bought a lawn tractor at Home Depot and received the shipping and tracking info the following week. I saw that the shipper was Estes Express Lines. I was like "who?!" I Googled them real quick, and was a bit freaked out by all of the really bad reviews. I was thinking "uh-oh this may not end well". I think some of that feeling was because I have had a few less-than-stellar experiences with Home Depot. Anyway, I got the tractor today. It WAS 1 day late, but the tracking and text messages I received from Estes were more detailed than USPS, UPS or Fedex, I was called last night (kind of a freaky bot call) to notify me of the delivery window, and the driver called about 30 minutes before delivery. The guy arrived right on time, unloaded the crate and put it right where I asked him to--which I was happy about since the crate weighed about 600lbs! So, just speaking from one experience, I was pleasantly surprised. If not for the 1-day late thing, which was no huge deal for me, I would have given them 4-stars.β
βI normally go to this one since it is close by. The staff there is always very polite and friendly. There is never a long wait in line. So you can be in and out very quickly.β
βIf you need to package and mail items or just have items boxed, go to Staples! Juan waited on me in Weymouth, I had three items to box and one of them I asked him mail. He was fabulous!!! Knew his stuff!! Thank you Again Juan!β
βDenise is a rockstar. She was very knowledgeable about passport/ state dept info and how to send our passports for renewal. She even helped us save $10 on shipping. Possibly the best post office interaction of my life.β

If they are out of a product which is seldom, they set me up for next day free shipping. Being self-employed I can't afford downtime.
Staples keeps that to an extreme minimum.
