“Using Public Storage was one of the easiest storage experiences we've ever had. We only needed a couple months and we are quite happy with our experience. From their online booking, to the helpful phone call, to the extraordinarily easy moving out of storage, it was smooth sailing. Moving out and closing the rentals was SO EASY -- you buy the lock and when you're done, you simply take it with you and leave the storage bay door open -- it couldn't be simpler! The facility was clean and the storage bay as advertised. The couple interactions we had with staff were professional and got us the info we needed. I highly recommend Public Storage.”

“I recently moved from Andover, MA to Peabody, MA to Dedham, MA. I had a storage unit in Salem, NH while living in Andover, MA but moved out when I moved to Peabody thinking I no longer needed it. However, as luck would have it that move didn't work out and I found myself needing a storage unit again. Anyway, long story short they have been excellent, very welcoming and accommodating. They are easy to work with and always very professional. I would recommend them if you're looking for a storage facility.”
