The first thing that I would like to say is that Joe is extremely knowledgable. He knows what he is talking about, and also puts it in a way that the customer can digest. Secondly, you can tell this guy enjoys what he does and knows how to deal with customers. In a business where he deals with many grumpy customers that are going through unfortunate situations, he empathizes and always provided an uplifting tone. He is a timely worker and his direction and guidance for what goes on behind the scenes is top notch. I would recommend everyone in the south shore take your car here if you have ANY transmission issues. Very fair. Thank you!

My daughter's car was demonstrating some transmission issues. I was unable to get an appointment with RTR for over a week, so I made the appointment while continuing to shop around for a garage that could take me more quickly. Took it to the other garage and was told I needed a transmission replacement with a cost of $3300. Divine intervention made me hold off on the repair and keep my appointment with RTR in order to get a second opinion. Joe was so thorough...actually investigated the source of the problem and was able to repair the transmission for $255 by replacing rodent damaged wiring. Joe saved me greater than $3K. Highly recommend RTR as they were a business that actually investigates the cause of the transmission issue before sticking the customer with a $3000 bill. Huge thanks to Joe at RTR and totally worth the wait!!
