Called the night before, and was told they were booked solid the next day. They said if I drop it off the next day they could work it in. I dropped it off and got a text at 9:30 am saying it was done but they need to talk to me right away because they notice a problem with the front end. I've notice a lot of pull to the right side when driving, and was told told that my tire rod and right side was very worn. I'm supposed to drive to Virginia the following week and could only imagine what might have happened if they didn't see this issue. Obrien's car care are very knowledgeable, friendly and care about their customers enough to see problems ahead of the time to be sure your safe. Thank you!!!
