“I had looked all over for a pub set that met certain size requirements in solid wood and Chair Fair had it! We drove all the way from the North Shore of Boston and it was well worth the trip. Chair Fair is a family business environment with a very nice and friendly staff, not eager to make a sale but eager to help you find what you need. It's very rare to find this type of service anymore! The selection is great too with options for various budgets. Highly recommend!”
“Not good, I paid in full for a set of dining room. I was told it would be delivered in 3 weeks. I got rid of my old dining room a week before the 3rd week. I paid for the dining room on 9/11/21, and on 9/2821, I called and I was told the manufacturer no longer made that set. No one called me. I went to the store; I was given all kind of excuses. Now I have no dining room to eat on and I am told that I will just be giving my money back. After three weeks now I am back to looking for another dining room, and the manger of that place does not seem to care. Not even an I am sorry fir your inconvenience. I would not send my friends there.”

Whoever does the hiring at Jordan's is to be commended because we had two of the best buying experiences we've ever had. Derrick was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. Once we narrowed it down we got comfortable at the set we liked the most and chatted with Derrick for about 15 minutes weighing the pros and cons of the set versus one other.
