the new manager is a rude, unprofessional, older man. who’s name tag reads Me, Myself and I.
the main cashier is also rude and unprofessional.
11/10 worth driving down a mile to walgreens to avoid the horrible customer service.
the pharmacy on the other hand is wonderful. great customer service, friendly, and extremely helpful!!

It's ALWAYS a delight to shop this CVS location! The entire staff - front end AND Pharmacy - are always friendly, most helpful and accommodating! In the past, on rare occasions when something I sought was out of stock, the CVS staff member has either suggested a suitable substitute or even ordered what I wanted! I highly commend them all...

Got rushed the second we walked in the store. Employee said they close in 5 minutes when I had 15 until 10pm. Then she proceeded to tell another employee who gave us the actual 10 minute warning “no I have school in the morning and I’m not saying here until 10:30 at night”.
Bad customer service all around.
If you have something or somewhere to be then get scheduled accordingly.
Employee was also on her phone infront of the door while we were checking out in self checkout.

Walked in 2 mins before the pharmacy closed. Theee people behind the counter. The woman said we close at 1:30. I said well it’s not 1:30. The other two people wouldn’t help me and I was turned away. The manager didn’t care. There are plenty of CVS in the area. Go to a better one. This one doesn’t care about you or your health. I drove 30 mins to pick this up. Don’t waste your time with employees who only care about themselves.

Worse location ever!! Go in to buy syringes for insulin!!!! Yes insulin I get treated as if I will be doing drugs. Person treated me rudely and made a big show in front of other customers

The pharmacy staff is the reason I come here. Lisa and Anna are amazing, as are the pharmacy techs. I've used this CVS for years, even though it's not as convenient as a 24 hour one, because they really care. Rest of the store is meh, same overpriced stuff as every CVS. But the pharmacy staff are pure gold.

The pharmacy at this location will not let Mass health patients, (who are on Mass health for a reason) waive the fee for their prescriptions! Is this a new policy for CVS? Or is it something personal against people on Mass health??
