Great pharmacy staff. Always friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond especially by helping me save money on my cats prescription. Pharmacy manager always says hi and makes you feel at home. My partner and I both fill our monthly prescriptions here and they know our names before even telling them.Great improvement compared to the service we received about 5 years ago with a different team and manager.

Every time people use the drive up they sit in line for 20-30 mins. Some people can't go in so they need to hire more staff ....

Very friendly and competent staff from store manager to pharmacy to counter staff. I wouldn’t normally review a CVS, but they went out of their way to help me find a item that was not on display.

I have never met a more arrogant or ignorant pharmacist in my life. My wife had a major abdominal surgery but because The pharmacist run Wang decided decided she didn't like how the prescription was written she would not fill it for 4 days. She actually went so far as to call other CVS stores in the area to be sure they did not fill the prescription all the prescription. This pression run Wang is in the wrong business.. All she needs to do is know to count to 30 And look at the computer for drug interactions. She should be doing laundry somewhere that is the extent of her skills I cannot believe that someone would let another person go without medication after a major abdominal surgery.

Not sure of her title, but Makayla/mikayla (not sure on the spelling) is extremely rude. Rushes and makes you feel like you're a bother. No thank you. We will take our future prescriptions elsewhere.

I won't be back. Last time I took a prescription they refused to allow me to fill it because of my ID, which was new, issued my the fed and is a passport card. They insisted I show a driver's license. I've been going to Walgreens ever since.

The 842 South Frankin Street Holbrook CVS has awful phone call in wait times. You can wait 20 minutes and then be put on hold again for a protracted period. I complained about the wait, and got put on hold again without a word, perhaps punitively. They express no remorse for their wait times. Pharmacy staff have no time or no initiative to provide friendly service. They execute their function with as little customer interaction as possible.

Went for Covid testing because I had just returned from Ohio. They said 2 to 3 days for results. It is now 8 days and nothing! Don't bother, you're better off at an Urgent Care facility.

This pharmacy is fine for folks who don’t mind coming into the pharmacy to pick up their scripts. If you are having yours delivered, plan to call them up every month to make it happen. Listening to hold music for 5-10 minutes per call is the norm.On a recent visit I asked if it’d be possible to get a flu shot. The pharmacist looked at me like I had three heads told me to expect to wait 45+ minutes or to come in on a Friday or Saturday night with less of a wait. The store was dead and the parking lot/ drive through were empty. I went elsewhere and recommend you to do the same.

I normally use the CVS across town but I had to pick up a prescription for my husband in the area so I stopped here. Hands down worst customer service at the pharmacy. I was first told the wait time for the prescription was half an hour but then after waiting 10 minutes for the pharmacist to come over to enter the script into the computer, they told me the wait was now an hour. I told them I would wait because my husband was in pain and really needed the prescription. I watched the pharmacist and the tech stand around and talk about another customer for 10 minutes and not make a move to fill a single prescription. After 40 minutes waiting, the second tech, who had ignored me the entire time I had been waiting, looked at me and asked if I needed help. I told her the name and what I was waiting for. She rolled her eyes and told me to "keep waiting". I had enough and asked the pharmacist herself for my prescription. She then told me it was all set and had been ready for 20 minutes. I asked her why wasn't I informed my prescription was ready since they knew I was waiting and she responded by laughing and saying "she forgot". I will never use this pharmacy again.
