“jerry has installed remote starters for me and my family for awhile now. We never have any major issues with the starter at all. When there is an issue we call him up and he promptly schedule us in for an appointment. Came to find out it was a battery issue with the remote key fob. He gave me a new battery. As long as we still own the car the remote starter and the key fob has a lifetime warranty. He is not a fly by guy and has been in business for awhile now. He is a guy you can trust and he is no honest. Fyi - The phone number is a business lan line...no text accepted.”

“I can't recommend New World Auto Glass enough. I had to cancel my appointment with another company because both customer's service and the technician were total jerks. Ill never use again (let's call them Safelite), and reached out to my insurance company again to try to find someone to fix my windshield. I went with New World. Jerry was super helpful from start to finish. He showed up ON TIME despite only having my name and address for my first appointment. The work couldn't be done because it was raining, which I totally understand. He rescheduled no problem, and was again ON TIME for the second appointment and before I could even get out of my house, he was already working on the car. The day after the repair he realized I had a plastic box on my old windshield that he forgot to leave. He reached out to me and offered to bring it back that day until I told him it didn't work anyway and he did me a favor getting rid of it. He was super helpful through the whole process and I would recommend him to anyone.”

“The receptionist Kelly was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, honest, and energetic - much like Rob. Rob was able to do my tint, he showed me some problem areas from possible window replacement damage (I needed to tint my back window after replacing it) and gave me advice on how to fix the damage and who to go to. They were such a great help with their honesty, I couldn’t think of a better example of a company with great customer service. I wish I needed to tint windows more often!”

“Prompt, courteous, professional service. Nice folks. I broke the glass in one of the shelves in a refrigerator that I was cleaning. It is an older refrigerator and I could find no replacement part online. I brought the shelf to Brad’s and within 24 hours they cut a plexiglass replacement which is a more than adequate replacement for the original glass, and the price was very reasonable. I would certainly do business with them again.”

“I dont typically write reviews.. but after sitting in the waiting area and watching and listening to the team here working with each other, and customers I have to say I was super impressed. most specifically, the manager Angel... he was super friendly, accommodating and professional.... I had the chance to watch him coach and manage his team, deal with walk ins, phone calls with seemingly difficult situations... he demeanor and approach was very impressive. I own my own business.. it too is a service business... so when im out and about im always assessing service experiences. I have to say, I am impressed with Angel... hes the type of employee that is worth his weight in gold. I just thought he deserved some recognition.”

“Friday my wife was driving behind a large dump truck and a rock flew up and hit the windshield of our car. It was a small crack but kept getting larger, so I went on the Safelite website and scheduled a windshield replacement for 10am today. I dropped it off, the gentleman at the counter was very friendly and answered all of my questions and told me that the car would be ready by 12:30pm. Sure enough at just about 12 pm I got a text, email, and a phone call confirming that the windshield had been replaced. I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the quick turnaround time and how courteous the staff are at the Weymouth location!”
