Just don't expect assistance with your repair like other auto parts chains.When there system advised the wrong headlamp, they swapped it out with no issue.To save time, know exact model you require in advance, look on their website & ask for it at the counter as most of the items are in the back.”
“I found this place because it's an Allstate approved shop. Richie's professionalism and kindness really made me feel like a valued customer and at ease. My Lexus was rear-ended, and when Richie looked at the damage, he explained what he could see initially, as well as what he might see once the bumper was off (bent metal rod, sensors may need a reset). He asked me about my availability, being so willing to work around my schedule as much as possible, and he gave me a date to return my car to be worked on. It was a week later than I thought, and when I tried asking if there was any room in the scheduled to get my car in sooner, Richie was sympathetic and realistic, and he offered helpful advice when dealing with a rental, considering my last negative experience.
As promised, the day I dropped my car off, it was worked on, and I got regular updates. I got my car back in 10 days (Richie estimated a couple of weeks, and the updates extimated almost four weeks, so faster than both of those estimates), and it is so beautiful! Richie gave it back to me impeccably clean, as if I just bought it (I have young kids, so it was messy when I dropped it off), and it was so shiny and fresh!! I did notice a tiny bit of black filler or adhesive just oozing out of a crack, but it is so minute, and it actually feel comforted that every little detail was taken care of. I hope people are done playing bumper cars with me so I don't need to have my car repaired again, but if I do, I'm calling my friend Richie!
I hate talking on the phone these days, but late in the afternoon of picking up my car, I got a message from Lexus that there was a "malfunction in the Intelligent Clearance Sonar System." Richie told me this could happen, and he drove my car around a little after the repairs, but I guess the system didn't register any issues until I drove it further. I immediately called Richie, and he gave me some options of how to handle it, leaving it up to me to decide what was easiest. I trust Richie a lot and appreciate his kindness. If anyone out there is not nice to him, stop it and check yourself!
