My Dad passed away a few years ago and left me a diamond ring that was a bit on the masculine side so I brought it in to see if they could place it in a more feminine one. Process was super seamless they showed me several options on a screen where you can see all the dimensions (super helpful). I made my choice and they even took money off for the band that it initially came in. Oh and while I was there they cleaned my wedding rings which is always a huge plus, looked brand new when I walked out.
