This is my favorite ULTA location!!! The store associates are always so helpful, welcoming, and kind. The store is very spacious and beautiful. Always a pleasant experience to stop by. I love this store and have been regularly shopping at this location for 5 years. I wanted to express my tremendous gratitude and thanks to Jin, one of the employees there who fixed a very challenging issue with my account that’s been hanging over me like a dark cloud. Jin, you are FANTASTIC for going above and beyond to help! I am forever grateful and thankful! No more dark cloud hanging over me! I adore this store and wish I could give the hiring manager a hug for hiring the best Team!!! ???

I am so upset. I went in for a haircut a couple days ago to get a trim. I asked for long layers and just enough off to get the dead ends off. the hairdresser cut an inch off my hair showed me and asked if that was OK and I said it was perfect. She then proceeded to cut much more than an inch. Now the longest layer is at least 4 to 6 inches shorter, and the shortest layer is much more than that. Before the haircut, my hair was down past my shoulder blades, almost to the middle of my back. After the haircut, the longest layer is now well above my shoulder blades, and the shortest layer is above my shoulders. Not only that but the layers were cut terribly. I called and asked for a refund or some sort of service that could fix it but all I was offered was a 20% discount on a future service or a store purchase. They did offer to fix the layers, but there is no way to fix them without making my hair significantly shorter. I always get my haircuts here And I understand that occasionally bad haircuts happen, But the fact that they won’t do anything other than offer a small discount on a future service, I won’t be coming back.

I've gone a couple times and the employees are usually pretty nice and helpful, but I have experienced some employees who weren't the best. Great prices and products and returns are very easy.

I would usually not give a one star since the majority of the staff are amazing, but one person can ruin it for everyone. The male manager was following a friend around talking and then rang them up and very loudly gave them a discount, he took his time with his friend while there were 4 other customers waiting to check out. This is not the first poor experience I have had with this gentleman, if this store was not close to my home I would never go back.

not surprised this location has all the 1 star reviews it does, ignorant male employee lacked basic customer service skills. Take your business to sephora or just shop online at ulta if you really need to, don’t waste your time going in here.

Great service and products! I’ve been here a couple of times and every time I’m here, someone asks me if I need assistance. They also are kind and friendly. The store itself carries lots of makeup products and perfume.

Terrible customer service at this location. I called before making the long drive to see if they would hold my “order pickup” order an extra day. They said yes, then did not, and they did not mention that I would be charged the current full price for the item, not the price I originally paid had I picked it up one day prior.

An employee here helped me to find a highlighter and she was kind and knowledgeable! Inventory was great and I also found an awesome eye puff reduced by the Ulta brand that I absolutely love!
