Went in for shellac polish. During my visit, a customer had come in for the 4th time that week to get her nails fixed due to cracking.

I just got them done and it was awful. I got 5 cuts and the lady was extremely aggressive it was painful. I’m going to my usual place tomorrow to get these fixed.
