Got my daughter’s ears pierced and one fell out that day. Was lucky enough to find it and re- pierce it myself (which was traumatizing for her) but they’ve still fallen out 3 separate times since. Called and was disappointed that they told me to buy new earrings.

Good selection of items, usually some cute things in clearance, and they recently started ear piercing at this location also.... [the person doing the training worked with Claire's] this is a very cute shop to grab some gifts for loved ones or friends or even events... the variety of things carried is wide.

The Paper Store always offers a wide variety of fun and practical items for sale.I got a versatile,colorful, light weight, long-sleeved, spring sweater.I also purchased some fun jewelry for my daughter and daughter-in-law for Mother's Day.Although their prices are on the high side, the quality of the merchandise they sell is exceptional, and perfect for gifting.

I expected high prices. I never expected them to charge me for a small paper bag for my 3 cards that totaled almost $25.00. Come on $0.15 for a bag. What a ripoff! I won't be back

Nice theater- great location... parking is becoming an issue at this location however so hopefully that will get improved when the fence for construction moves....

Purchased greeting card and some Godiva chocolates for anniversary. Was asked, would I like a bag, fifteen cents. "Yes..... but would you ask if this were a hundred dollar purchase?" "Yes." I mentioned that I spend a few hundred dollars a year at the store, were they willing to loose that for the bag charge? No answer, and it was certainly not the clerk making these decisions. However, I will go out of my way to AVOID shopping there. Bag charge at supermarkets is ok, these trips are usually planned and large scale. But Paper Store? Would I carry bags with me every trip to the Derby Shoppes? Question the business decision and impact on customers... count me out. Hingham, MA March 30, 2023

Lots of products, something for everyone. I am always amazed when I read a bad Yelp review. Some people believe that they should come first no matter who else may be waiting. I have never had any issues when I have been shopping there and they are more than helpful. And yes holiday help may not be knowledgeable about everything, give them a break they have been there for at most three months! Then again some people are never happy and like to find fault and complain about everything!
