The customer service was terrible; we stood in line with a crying baby in the stroller, and the cashiers showed no understanding. Despite a cashier calling us to another counter, she arrogantly refused to assist, claiming she called an old lady, not us. It seemed like a discriminatory experience, and we decided not to make the planned purchase. Avoid this store at all costs.

Went to the store today and we had a excellent holiday shopping experience. Great customer service. Colleen, a store associate, helped us put together an outfit according to our needs. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Overall, this store is well managed. Each section is well organized and displayed. Will definitely come back for more shopping!
