Give a zero if I could. Walked in there all happy to shop. Never was greeted the whole entire time I was there. All the employees were standing around talking and putting make up on in the mirror the whole time. Half of them look like they just woke up out of bed and I would not ask them for any make up advice you don't have to wear make up to know about it, but you should at least present yourself, not like you just rolled out of bed. It is by far the white trash Sephora. They never have anything in stock and the store is disgusting in general. I asked to speak to the manager and that was a joke. I'm not sure how long she been in management for butwas extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all, and did not seem to care that her staff was not being attentive to clients. I will gladly go to Hanover from now on. I will never step foot and that's Sephora again.

My Aunt and I(15 yr old) went to the Hingham MA store on Friday with a scheduled beauty lesson. I was very exitced and honestly,.. this was one of the best experiences i've ever had. I went in wanting to know a lot more about makeup and how to do a full face and what was right for me. Our makeup expert, Emrys was FANTASTIC! He showed me so many amazing tricks and tips that makes makeup 1000% easier! They were super patient, supportive overall spectacular. Emrys is a great person with amazing style and phenomenal skills! I feel and look amazing thanks to Emrys and this experience. -Vinny

Isabella at the Sephora at Derby Street was the first person to ever match me perfectly! I came to her with a lot of difficult skin situations and allergens, yet she was able to show me the PERFECT foundation. I've used Sephora foundations before, so I showed her the shade I was using which I knew wasn't my real shade. She showed my real Sephora shade for the "Best Skin Ever" foundation, 22.5N for light medium skin. I also told her how I used the Anastasia foundation, but thought my shade wasn't right. So she showed me 240N, which changed my life in the foundation game. I work at Macys and my Trend Beauty advisors couldn't help with the foundation match.

Nicole was very helpful - I was shopping for a scent and she assisted me in narrowing down ones similar to what I wanted while helping me avoid ones that would have been a waste of time [nowhere near similar] she helped me find something I was very happy with. She was not trying to upsell me nor push me into anything I didn't want, she was just honestly helpful which is exactly what I want when I go shopping. She wanted to make sure I found something that met the need of what I went in there looking for. Goal was achieved 100% and I will return again because of the positive experience.

I always loved this particular Sephora and all the sales people and vendors that usually work there. I used to come here more often but haven't been here for maybe a year and finally went today.The person at the cash register was not friendly and definitely lacked basic customer service skills. Also, when I paid in cash (almost $200), she made a face like I did something inappropriate, silently canceled the transaction, did something again on the register, checked the bills, which were NOT FAKE, and then stared at my money for a while with some weird facial expression... ?? making me feel VERY uncomfortable. She completed the transaction, but never once thanked me for the purchase, never mentioned my points, never once smiled.Cash remains money. ? My money is not counterfeit. Seriously, what was her problem?? ?♀️?Instead, I can go to Braintree Sephora for shopping, I can go to Boston or shop online, or I can just go to Ulta, which is pretty much everywhere these days.Customer service really matters a lot with all the competition out there. When will retailers realize this?On the bright side, I want to thank Katie, who was helping us on the floor - she was very friendly, very professional and gave great suggestions. So, she was the reason why instead of spending $32, I spent almost $200. She was very sweet and deserves all the credit and recognition for her excellent customer service!

I stopped in today to try to get a shade match for Ilia skin tint and eyeliner. Kiara helped me find a great shade match and recommended a perfect eyeliner! She was so wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable about the products. I have vitiligo on my neck and she was able to make a great recommendation for a product to help cover it up. 10/10

This was the first time visiting this location Jada, my beauty advisor, was extremely helpful. I was looking for a new shampoo and conditioner for my dry/frizzy hair. She listened to my concerns and helped me find a new product to fit my needs. I highly recommend you ask for her! You will not be disappointed.
