It was such a breath of fresh air to have someone working there who not only knew what they were talking about but actually wanted to help. The paint and supplies were a bit more expensive than your typical big box store (home depot/lowes) but the customer service and quality more than made up for the price difference. “I went into Richmond Hardware today to find some mechanical bolts and nuts to replace the broken ones on my collapsible camping chair. I was met by the manager/owner(?) who paged an employee to assist me in selecting the proper length and width of the bolts and nuts. Matt examined the broken piece and selected a proper replacement bolt for each of the broken pieces. I thought that I would be spending my afternoon with pliers and a wrench. But to my surprise, Matt attached the bolts and tightened the nuts. I definitely recommend Richmond Hardware for their courteous employees and expert service. Thank you.”
