The front desk staff, the vet tech, and the vet were friendly and kind. When I called to book the initial appointment, whoever I talked to at the front desk specifically scheduled me with a vet who is great with cats and the appointment was only a couple of weeks out. The whole facility is clean, bright, and cheery. The vet and vet tech were wonderful with my very nervous cats. They gave a lot of great tips, were nonjudgemental, and any treatments were very well explained and I was not pushed to do anything right away. Would highly recommend!

Dr Liz Devitt was so wonderful with Cooper! She listened to my concerns, addressed each one of them, and then did a recap at the end to make sure we were both on the same page and I understood everything. You can tell that she LOVES her patients! Highly recommend!!!

Old Derby is the Best! Every single staff member is so kind and caring! They always treat their patients as if they’re family!! I wouldn’t take my fur babies anywhere else!!

Absolutely love it. Clean, friendly, always have appts and everyone is just soooo nice. We recently moved and transferred care for our 8 year old dog who was experiencing some issues and they took over as if they’ve known her her whole life and loved on and cared for her as their own. I love the vibes and I appreciate the hours and availability.
Also….there have been times I haven’t had childcare and had to bring my 2 toddlers with me and they have some toys and coloring books available.
Can’t speak more highly of Old Derby even if I wanted to. Highly recommend.

What an excellent veterinary practice! We have been taking our kitties to Dr Gorski for over 20 years, and she is such a skilled and caring vet! We wouldn't take our little kitties anywhere else!

It was the best vet visit my very anxious rescue dog has ever had. I'm so grateful for Dr.Gorski and her vet tech for creating such a calming environment and accommodating her needs. I will finally feel more at ease in our future vet visits knowing she's in good hands. I am so impressed with her calming nature,patience,understanding,knowledge and experience. 10/10.

Our recently adopted young cat became very lethargic last Friday afternoon, evening and Saturday morning. He had no interest in food and kept himself isolated under the bed or in a cat tree. We were very concerned Saturday morning when his eyes were very squinty and he had his head down. We were so grateful that Dr. Ray could fit us into the schedule. Of course, when we got into the room he was very active as if nothing was wrong and we were the crazy parents. Dr. Ray, with the help of Katie gave Smudge a very thorough exam, talked over things we could do and taking it all into consideration we opted for a Cerenia injection which of course gave them a glimpse of his very shiny, sharp teeth. Both Dr. Ray and Katie were very adept at handling his youthful, feisty personality and were quite taken by him. Thankfully, when we returned home he seemed to be back to his normal himself (sneak attacks and all his mischief). As always, we don't know what we would do without the compassionate staff at ODAH being there for us (me) in my state of panic as we come to know this new kitty that we have welcomed into our family.

Dr. Vagliano and Nicole were excellent ! They answered all my questions and reassured me that I was doing the right thing for my pup ! This is my second pup and Dr. Vagliano gave me some great tips about having 2 dogs. It wasn’t even my other dogs appointment and she helped me with her! Excellent care and so thankful for them both!
