They don't have the things they sell in stock and do not tell you. I ordered parts they don't even have and now have to wait two weeks before parts might get shipped. Nothing worse than people selling things they don't have. Liars and scammers.

Mediocre kit at best. Shipping fee added for an expensive order. Slow shipping due to location of store. Where to begin?… geographically their store location places them at a logistical disadvantage. If you’re in a hurry to finish a project look elsewhere. Shipping fee? Most everywhere else offers free shipping above $100 order. 9.99 is their cheapest option. Whatever. “Report a lower price”. What’s the point of reporting a lower price if you won’t price match? I don’t believe in the company and the company’s vision to be part of the community look out. Seems to me your team members are complacent at their jobs if they can’t locate the competitor’s price. Mediocre kit. ID parts offered the kit with a Gates timing belt for 300. Conti belt is a $50 up charge. The same kit offered by the competitor is $65 cheaper. I’ll try anything once but won’t be ordering from them again. Shop elsewhere savvy buyers.

This is the best parts resource for any diesel model. They know diesels and diesel parts, and they are happy to answer questions about fitment or even installation. They ship same day you make the order, which means a lot of times you get it in less than 24 hours. Shipping costs are super reasonable as well. First place I check when I need a part.

very stand up company, picked the cheapest shipping but after a delay in getting the order out(only 2 days) they sent it 2 day air without even contacting me. Just good for business all around, ill be back soon enough:)

Two words (three times): Customer service, customer service, customer service. Oh yeah, and you can add great prices to that too. If you want old school human interaction and a quality customer experience, this is one of those places. They actually answer the phone! Peter could not have been more congenial, knowledgeable, and ready to assist. Do yourself a favor if you are in need of European diesel parts: buy them here.

I shop around online and in store for the best parts for the best prices, and I end up buying the ones for my 06 Jetta TDI from id parts. They have the most up to date information that my local parts stores and sometimes even the dealerships have trouble pinpointing. I'm up in Canada and even shipping is reasonable from these guys, plus I love getting these boxes on my doorstep. Great work!
