Manny is a hospitality professional who went above and beyond to assist us with our car rental. We arrived early and he explained that he didn't have our car, but offered alternatives. He was patient, thoughtful and most importantly...kind. If every car rental agency had an employee like Manny, heck, if the world had more people like Manny, we'd all be in a better place.

Couldn't have had a better experience. Manny made sure all our questions about the car were answered and we were comfortable and ready to go before we left the lot. He even let us borrow a usb cable so we could connect our phone. Paul was very helpful too. A+

Please do not rent from this location. Worst customer service experience. We were suppose to return car on Sunday for after hours drop off. The location is inside a chevy dealership. The dealership closed the gate and blocked the road leading into the parking with two trucks so there is no way you can go in to the parking and drop the vehicle. When called customer service, they kept sending us to roadside assistant and road side assistant kept hanging up. When asked to return any other location we were told of extra charges. When we tried to go inside parking of dealership to figure something out we were told to leave the premises with the threat to calling the cops. Customer service kept saying that we cannot do anything more than this, return the car Monday morning and pay for the possible extra rental charge. Two unnecessary stressful hours. Never renting again from this location or Hertz.

Renting a vehicle seems like a nightmare here according to these reviews! This was the closest location to me so I gave it a shot. I had a seamless experience with Dough. From start to finish he was super attentive and quick to help with anything my family and I needed to prepare for our annual road trip to Orlando. Thanks for the great experience Dough!

Every time I go to the Hingham Hertz rental they are always busy but when you have some one like Doug helping you the wait is worth it. He has what you call Great customer service. He makes sure that your happy with your reservation and if they don't have a specific vehicle don't worry he'll find a way to get it and that is why I don't mind waiting because I understand all the work he puts in to make sure each and every customer is happy. I want to give a huge Thank you to Doug keep up the good work

The experience was great until they charged me for two days, after we clearly and explicitly agreed they would charge me for one. Manny told me (Chris was in the room), that he could change the date of return in the reservation. I said I would be returning that date, but late. He told me where to park it after hours and showed me the key drop box. When I was double charged, I called; he said he would credit my card, but didn't. In the Marines, we call people like this integrity violators. Hope double charging your customers is worth it.

yes i book my reservation in may and two days later i call to change my reservation the guy answer phone said he can notchange the reservation they said you havecalled the toll free number went i called they said they could change it but you have paid $100.00 more so i told them cancel it i told them i need a refund i prepaid all ready they said they will have customer service take care of it i check with my credit company they did not give a credit i send three emails with no answer a mouth later i had to dispute this charge this is not good customer service then i rent a car on dec 15 i prepaid it for $ 125.48 then when i return the car i was charge another $ 175.64 so yes i would not rent a car from hertz again they over charge there customers and another thing if you cancel you reservation they will charge you $ 50.00 fee on your credit card even if you give 3 days notice

Great experience here. Chris and Manny was very friendly and inviting. Pick up was fast and smooth. Had a concern at drop off and my concern was understood handled beautifully I recommend these 2 highly. Thanks for a great experience and exceptional customer service experience.
