I have been to multiple dealerships and it is always the same where sales reps are rushing people or giving the cold shoulder if they see that a customer is just looking and not purchasing a vehicle right then and there. In my search, I managed to make my way over to this location and I have never felt so pleased. This is my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and I was very nervous but a huge thank you to Saeed Mezian who not only helped me find the right suv but made everything so stress free. This has to be the best car buying experience I have had. Afif and his team took care of everything and I didn't even buy a a new Lexus. I bought pre owned and was treated like royalty. Deplorable car buying experience I have ever had…
Not a truthful organization, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. The first time, viewing the car and test drove it, all went well ,odometer read listed mileage, car interior AND exterior looked great. I put a deposit and was told the car would be put away until the purchase is complete. I was informed they're waiting on the car title, which should arrive at any time . 10+ days later, there was no title, unless I called to inquire about it, no one bothered to update me .I stopped by unannounced then , to further inquire, only to notice an exterior scratch on the passenger side ( honestly looked like it was keyed!) in addition to > 1000 miles added! I immediately asked the manager and sales person about it because last time I test drove the car, it wasn't there. They said that the mileage stated was incorrect and tried to convince me otherwise and would buff the scratch
No apologies from anyone as they wouldn't own it and rather argue with me.
They owe me a refund on my credit card, OVER A MONTH later no refund!!!
No transparency, no courtesy, no professionalism!
I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN!
Buyer beware, ask questions and take pictures for your protection.
At this time, don't even bother to respond. Just refund my $, too late for damage control.

Connor was a great sales rep to work with. Him and his team were able to accommodate an out of state purchase. Connor made sure that delivery process was smooth and also took care of the extras I had requested as part of the purchase. Only gripe I had was with the communication and responses as it took a while to sort things out with the titling. Maybe because I was an out of state customer? Not sure. But in the end everything was taken care of and I’m pleased with the purchase.

My experience at Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham was stress free and enjoyable! Afif was very patient and showed me numerous cars on the lot to nail down exactly what I wanted (color/features). Since they did not have the exact model I wanted, they were able to locate one in PA and it was available for pick up in less than one week. Marcus (sales manager), Afif (salesman), and Joe (Finance Manager) were all extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Throughout the whole process I never felt pressured, or nervous. There is great energy amongst coworkers at this dealership and it was a pleasure doing business here!
