Poor customer service, or more like no service. As I browsed through the store, I passed by at least 5 employees. None of them greeted me or asked if I needed help. They sure saw me and said nothing. Store wasn’t busy at all. I had about $700 worth of merchandise and helped myself to the fitting room. Loved all of my pieces that I picked out, but didn’t want to support a store that made me feel invisible. I put everything down and left. Never had this experience before at any retail store and will never visit again. They sell brands that Nordstrom and Anthropologie carries and would rather shop with them. Nordstrom and Anthro service is TOP NOTCH each and every time I go there.

The staff make this store great. Very helpful and will make suggestions about clothes I would not have tried on if they hadn't brought them to my attention. Highly recommend - accept their help!

Love the team here - they always help me find clothes that I love but wouldn’t have picked out myself. They show me how to style them too which is so helpful!

I came into the store to find a pair of jeans, after being greeted and letting them know I didn't need any help I was followed around the store like I was going to steal something. Once I had some items to try on I was interrupted multi times while they pushed additional jeans on me. Although I found a pair I liked, I was so turned off I left without them and purchased them from a different vendor.

Extremely poor customer service at the derby street store in Hingham. From the manager and to assistant manager it was absolutely awful and unprofessionally rude. I was trying to return/exchange a jumpsuit because it was too big, with the receipt (about week after 30 days). They Refused to return so I asked if I could I exchange the size but store wide they didn't have my size (medium) and refused to give me full store credit back. Offered me 30$ store credit when I paid 70$. Long story short I called the chestnut hill store and Katie the assistant manager was extremely helpful and understanding about the situation and was happy to me the full store credit back.

I was cleaning out my old voicemails today and found one from your employees leaving me a message that they didn't realize was recording. It was hurtful and I sincerely hope they think twice gossiping about customers when they think nobody is listening. I'm really glad that I cancelled my subscriptions. I will not be recommending this location to anyone.
