I went to have a free estimate for my car as I was backed into by an 18 wheeler, front end damage, mechanically sound and drivable. I was told they would have to put it on a lift and take it apart to give me a fair estimate. Well an estimate, is just that, an estimate! This was an attempt to "snag" the claim, thus leaving me with no choice on who did the repairs! It's a dirty underhanded and sneaky thing to do! My car, my choice! I would have been left with no way home had I fallen for this attempt to take my choice of repair shop!When I file an insurance claim, I like 3 estimates, this allows all involved with choices! I will never go there again! I suggest, no one else does either!

Went in for an estimate to replace my bumper but seemed they were too busy for my business. From the start they weren't very welcoming and seemed like they couldn't be bothered. Didn't even come out to look at my vehicle to see what I wanted. Said they were booked for 2 months to come back next month. Why would I try and book in the future without having an estimate? Left me feeling a certain way. Maybe they just don't like my kind who knows. Regardless I'll take my business elsewhere.

I was in a minor accident but due to the age of my car, the insurance declared it a total loss. In addition to it being a bad time to buy a new car, it was of sentimental value to me. Ernie's took me in, gave me advice, and did an amazing job renovating my car! It looks like new (except for the rusted door, which I didn't ask them to replace). I'm really impressed with how helpful they were with me and what a nice job they did. I would recommend them to anyone who cares about customer service and quality work.

Ernie’s Auto Body is the best around! I’ve been to see Ernie for 2 car accidents and my mother as well. His customer service is great! He is honest and very professional! We needed a rental car and he called one for us and helped with our insurance company. His staff is great! They are very nice and do AMAZING work! Our cars always looked beautiful when they left his shop! We never had any issues. He always gets the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Ernie!Services: Painting

Unfortunately during a recent storm a tree branch fell on my Lexus causing close to 10k in damage. The Lexus dealership couldn't get me in for months. So I started looking around for a trusted auto body shop. I randomly came across Ernie's Auto Body and let me tell you, I'm glad I did!!!! Ernie's authentic and honest character almost sold me immediately. And to top it off his staff is just as good. My car was fixed very quick and it came out 100% absolutely AMAZING!!! I refuse to take my car anywhere else now. Thank you to Ernie and his team. You guys really are rockstars!!!!

I went here for some repairs after someone hit my car. They did an amazing job. The car looks brand new. They also detailed tf out of it so it even smelled new. They do a great job.While my car was being repaired, Ernie called with updates, and let me know what was going on with my insurance company and the parts supplier. I received another quote from a competitor and Ernie's quote was inline with the other quote. But - during the repair process, Ernie found a way to save a couple hundred dollars, and passed those savings along to me. I was thankful for that.This is an honest business that has great customer service and has outstanding quality of work.

This is going to sound like I’m getting paid to write, but I’m not and btw, no, I do not ow Ernie any money.I used to work for Earnie, and I can say that I never witnessed any corner cutting in any situation.Earnie is honest, direct, smart and professional.In his shop, we only used top quality products and I can say that I’ve never seen him trying to save any parts, or trying to pass a sub par job to a client and if there was a problem, he would make sure it was resolved before the client came to pick up his vehicle, that’s all.Even 20 years ago, he was environmentally conscious and aways made sure that everyone wore their safety gear at all times when performing the work.I’ve seen Earnie giving a emphatic life saving warning to one of my coworkers that he didn’t follow , and unfortunately in this case, Earnie was right.I’m never going to forget how well Earnie cared for his employees, going much further beyond just being a business owner.If you need to have your car repaired, I can’t recommend anyone better then Earnie, I know a lot of people and although I have other good friends that perform great and ethical work, they would be at the same level as Earnie at best, and that really is saying something great about my friends.

A few days before I had to return my lease, someone hit my car. Ernie squeezed us in despite being really busy and really helped us out. His pricing was fair, he did a good job, and was a great communicator through the process.

Work is done in a timely manner and they handled everything with the insurance companies for me. Even lined up a rental car and had it waiting at the shop for when I dropped off my truck.

Had my new truck keyed across two doors. I stopped by Ernie's and they immediately provided a written estimate, fit me into their schedule quickly, worked with insurance directly, and most importantly, did a fantastic job on restoring my truck to its bran new look. The team was great. Highly recommend them
