I am pregnant with a September due date. My fingers are swollen and I have not been able to get my rings off for the past few months. I believe it was Gregory and his father who helped me today. They were extremely professional and kind. My rings mean so much to me that I was distraught to have to cut them off, but the anxiety of potentially having them removed at the hospital was too much! I couldn't feel better about the experience. They took so much care cutting them off my finger. My finger is still indented over 9 hrs later so I feel that getting them off was definitely the best move. I look forward to returning to the store to get them resized in a few months.

Beautiful displays of jewelry and very friendly staff.I went in just to have a watch band, that I didn't buy there, adjusted. I was treated well and not charged!Highly recommended!

Becky made my wedding band dreams come true, not once but twice! She was able to add diamonds from my moms earrings to my wedding band design. They are more beautiful than I could of ever imagined. She is so knowledgeable about her diamonds and the product. We had a wonderful experience.

After a poor experience at another jeweler, Becky was a delight. neither me or my fiance were very knowledgeable about engagement rings, and she guided us through options and made us confident in what we were choosing. I will be recommending to all my friends/family for their jewelry needs!

After spending close to 8K on a pair of diamond earrings I noticed quickly that the earring back on one of the earrings was always slipping and it always looked like my earring was falling out. Lo and behold it finally did and I lost the earring. Fortunately and miraculously I found it two weeks later. When I called to have the backs replaced I was told it would be $250 as they no longer carried the same back. You have to be kidding me. I went to another jewelry store and they are ordering the back replacements for $60. Good business is to treat customers fairly, this is not good business.

What a low rent experience.... I went in to buy a pair of earrings for my wife and had the misfortune of working with Rebecca. I figured the store would be decent and given its proximity to my house I wanted to give the local Jewelry store a chance. The store is a very average to middle tier Jewelry outfit. Think Jarred. Do not expect to see Cartier, Patek, Rolex or alike. The issue wasn't the store itself. It was the help or lack thereof that I received from Rebecca. Her attitude was terrible. There was some negotiation in price where I was asking for 5% off. The gruff, dismissive and nasty response was if you sleep on it you will pay full price. I said great. She then recommended I look somewhere cheaper. I went into Boston and bought a pair of 1 carat Diamond studs. I'd never recommend this store and in fact in chatting with a few neighbors here in Cohasset they had similar experiences.

I had the lovely pleasure of working with Donna in Hingham. She was the absolute best!! My now fiancé and I had little to no knowledge of the process of picking out an engagement ring and Donna sat down with us for about two hours and explained every in and out of picking out the perfect ring. She was very informative and allowed us to always feel comfortable. After the initial visit I went back to see Donna, probably a total of 6-7 times over the course of the next few weeks. I would bring to her the information on various diamonds that I was shopping for at various locations in the area. She was always honest, informative and never pushy. She truly wanted me to pick out the best ring for my then girlfriend (even if it wasnt buying from her directly). When I had narrowed down my options (1 ring from Donna, and 1 from another location in Boston) she coordinated DeScenza in Hingham to ship the one I was interested in to their Boston location so that I could view the diamonds side by side. I mean who does that!!!! That just shows you that she is committed to her clients and that she cares. She always wanted me to get the perfect ring. Although, in the end I did not buy from Donna and DeScenza I cannot stress enough how pleasurable it was of an experience to work with Donna. She was a joy to work with so many ways. I highly recommend not only seeing Donna for a engagement ring but also for any information that you need to be educated on. She is extremely passionate about her profession and it very easy to see. I cannot say enough positive things about Donna and the staff at DeScenza Hingham. Believe me, you will not be disappointed if you visit Donna the other in Hingham!!

I previously had a positive experience at the Framingham location, but sad to report poor customer service here. I won't be going to any of the locations moving forward. Also, the Hingham store is really small so they have a very limited selection at this location.

I would like to take the time to personally thank Becky. I had purchased an engagement ring from another reputable jewelry company that gave me a very poor quality ring after multiple attempts and repairs. My fiancé was without a ring for the first 3 1/2 months of our engagement. This left us disappointed. We went into DeScenza’s and were instantly greeted by Becky.
