Simply amazing customer service.i actually went in earlier and they still happily accommodated me. I would give them more than 5 stars ⭐️ if I could ! Mary helped me with opening the account. She walked through each step of the banking and went above and beyond to help me. While I was at the bank she even called the other location to help me with the mortgage application. Very grateful for the help and efforts. Keep up the good work Hanover team!! Thank you ?”

“Came in as a CD hopper. Stayed for the awesome David and amazing Rhonda.This location offers a spacious parking lot with convenient drive thru. The branch consist of warm seasonal decorations and welcoming staff with a wide range of financial services.From time to time; they have a charity drive. This year they donated to Lazarus House for the less fortunate. The free coffee and tea in the lobby is always a perk.I appreciate the personal banking style. They really get to know you and aren’t pushy with sales at all.I also had car issues once and instead of calling/waiting forever for AAA; the branch manager took his time to come out to my car and help me. Thank you so much!”

“I like this credit union because it's a fee-free ATM for my online bank account, I love this ATM because it's the only place I know of that lets you withdraw money in incriments of $5. The braintree location as well let's you withdraw money in incriments of $5. I like that I can withdraw in the incriments of $5 so I don't have to stop at a store and get smaller bills. So I really love this credit union.”
