My fiancé and I started our wedding registry tonight at the Derby St location. Brandon O. was amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humor ! Highly recommend !

Just went to the registry event and all I can say is wow! What a professional and knowledgeable staff. We had the best time ever and learned more than we ever could imagine!! We needed a lot of help and Jul, Ted, and quite a few others were there to help!

Nice shopping atmosphere and friendly staff. This is located in Derby Street Shoppes and is great for window shopping if you are not in the mood to purchase.

One of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had. I most definitely will not be doing business with Crate and Barrel again. I Placed an order on December 6, 2022 for a total of 6 serving platters with the expectation that my order would arrive before or at least in time for the holidays. At first I originally was given a pickup date for December 16, 2022. And when I arrived on the 16th, I was told my order would not arrive until the 20th of December. Only, when I went to pick my order up from the location, upon arrival, I received only half of my order, and was told, the other half would arrive for pickup on the 28th of December. The date is now December 28th 2022. I called ahead, before making the mistake of driving a half an hour again. And once again I am told the other half of my order will not arrive to the location until January 2, 2023. (Long after the intended purpose, before the New Year.) Bottom line. If I'd known the order would not have arrived to the pickup location before the holidays, I would have offered to pickup from another location, or cancelled the delivery altogether.

Most of the people here are incredibly nice and enthusiastic to help. I love frequently visiting, looking at the new styles here as well as shopping for appliance accessories.I visited yesterday to check out the clearance section and there was, however, one exceptionally mean woman who works here and I hope to never see her again. Dark hair, black rectangular glasses, and black Nikes.She kept approaching me to interrogate and talk down to me as if I were some lesser person for looking at what’s on clearance. I don’t need to be asked 10 times what I’m looking for as a shopper.

I have shopped at Crate & Barrel for years for holidays, weddings, and just for myself but those days are over. I went to the Derby street location last weekend and there was a "Masks required" sign on the door. They have lost me as a customer. If they are that afraid they should just close the doors until the government tells them they can reopen.

Purchased silverware from them near the start of the pandemic. Was repeatedly told that we could not return the item because the store was not accepting returns during the ongoing pandemic.Was later told we could not return the item because it was past the return by date even though the store was not allowing returns during our return window.Store could not have been ruder and more unprofessional.Update: After calling corporate and having them contact the store and ensuring us that we could make the return, the store STILL would not accept the return.
