We have had a great experience with our anxious labradoodle at Best Buddy for the last year. We have used a few groomers so far and all have done a great job. They really care about their work and always ask if it was up to standards. The pup did get shaved once, but they explained why and showed me how to brush her better so it didn’t happen again - and it hasn’t! Love that she always comes home with some pretty bandanna or flower.

Best buddies has taken care of two of my dogs now. Each time they have paired me up with the right person for the job. Laura has been doing my little old man Shelby who can be a handful and she is incredible with him. Before that Robert took incredible care of my little senior toy poodle Shayna.

Oh my goodness! I couldn't disagree more with Ms. Lane's review of Best Buddy Pet Spa! That is quite a scathing accusation! I am very sorry to hear about your dog, Ms. Lane, but, after all of the years I've been taking my dog here to be groomed, I've gotten to know each of these groomers and the owner(s) quite well and I would be remiss if I didn't counter this review on their behalf. Every member of Best Buddy takes their job to heart and treats every pet as if they were their own. I've witnessed this myself, on more than one occasion. I couldn't let this accusation go, in all fairness to the loving and caring staff there, without countering what I know and truly appreciate about Best Buddy Pet Spa and their staff. I have had absolutely nothing but the utmost professional care taken of my little furry friend. The google photos speak for themselves of how they treat each and every 4 legged friend like one of the family! I can only sing praises. Thank you Best Buddy Pet Spa!

DoNot Bring Your Animal Here! Brought 5lb dog in, came back and was approached by tech b4 even getting out of car, yelling at me saying he’ll never see my dog again. Inside my dog is obviously in pain and her leg is twisted back. The owner comes over yelling stating “the dog came in this way, we have witnesses”.At vet she has a dislocated leg and collapsed trachea. She would not survive surgery and had to be put down.Thanks Best Buddy for killing my dog.

very friendly staff always do a great job on my doodle!! Only ever shave when absolutely necessary and my dog loves it there.

Just moved to the area recently and was looking for a reliable groomer. I called the office and I believe I spoke to Kylie, she was very nice to talk to and made sure to get me a quick appointment. Needless to say I’m very impressed with the customer service and Oscar looks amazing. Highly recommend!

I went in (No appt needed) to get nails clipped for my 2 dogs. Very friendly and efficient staff. I’ll be going back for full grooming soon. I would recommend.

Did not look clean, said dog was ready from grooming, I went to pick up and they gave me the the wrong dog, my dog was not even ready had to come back. Grooming job was awful. I will not be returning.

I have had an amazing experience with the owner Laura. We have a female German Shepard Tessy. She is very timid and would not let anyone trim her nails. I reached out to Best Buddies after a referral from a trusted friend. As promised I was given expert advice by Laura and her staff. Laura was not only willing to help us, she was so accommodating she booked private time for Tessy & brought in one of her Dog experts early. I was not only impressed by Laura's knowledge and professionalism, the way in which she treats her staff & values their time is very top-notch and ethical. It would be nice if all business owners were as ethical and passionate as Laura. I highly recommend Best Buddy in Hingham
