“The employees at Hingham Institution for Savings (HIS) are very friendly and very helpful. However there is no live online banking person to talk to outside of business hours. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SPECIFIC SIMPLE INFORMATION ON HOW TO ENROLL IN EXTERNAL TRANSFERS on the HI for SAVINGS' WEBSITE? PLEASE TELL ME THE CORRECT EXTERNAL TRANSFER TABS AND HOW TO GET TO THEM ON THE WEBSITE. THE DIRECTIONS ARE NOT CLEAR OTHER THAN TELLING YOU TO GO TO THEM AND CLICK ON THEM BUT THERE WHEREABOUTS ARE SOMEWHAT UNCLEAR AND ON ANOTHER PAGE! IT IS MAZE LIKE. THE OTHER EXTERNAL BANK WAS VERY EASY TO ESTABLISH AN EXTERNAL LINK WITHIN MINUTES--VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE HINGHAM INSTITUTION FOR SAVINGS MAZE WITH UNMARKED OR UNCLEAR DIRECTIONS. HIS in the future please put everything on 1 page for this process--if other banks can do it you certainly can.”

The braintree location as well let's you withdraw money in incriments of $5. I like that I can withdraw in the incriments of $5 so I don't have to stop at a store and get smaller bills. So I really love this credit union.”

“Holy shoot. My mom came into my room to bring me a plate of chicken nuggets and I literally screamed at her and hit the plate of chicken nuggets out of her hand. She started yelling and swearing at me and I slammed the door on her. I'm so distressed right now I don't know what to do.
