Very impressed. Upon entering I was welcomed and asked how I could be helped. The person provided information and even did some research. She took my contact data and said that a specialist with more detailed information would call me tomorrow. After thanking her I asked for her name. She said Maria and that she is the branch manager. Did not see that coming!

Adjusted hours have them closed on Saturdays. Open during the week when adults are working…closed the entire weekend when people can actually get to the bank. Taking our accounts and business to the nearby Citizens.

I look forward to going to this bank for work runs. Quick and efficient with a super friendly and helpful staff. My teller today has always been incredibly friendly, and a reason for me to, again, look forward to stopping in. Always a good conversation. I cant give enough praise to this team! I only wish I got his name so i could give more credit!

Rude young guy working there, perhaps needs some help in the customer service area. Needs to learn not to be so miserable. If you are having a bad day, don't take it out on your young customers. Watch how he treats people next time you are in this branch. Pathetic. One of the reasons we only use this bank minimally.

I was very impressed by the courtesy and eagerness to assist me today by Raul Diaz the financial center manager there. I needed research done and print outs and was very efficient and gracious in assisting me . I enjoy this branch specifically because they seem to be very energetic and eager to help and are faster than other banks i have dealt with.
