Too crowded here, even on a weekday morning and it took over an hour to be seen. The lady at the door was very abrupt and aloof when she arranged our appointment but the person who helped with our devices did a great job. So, overall, that balances out to 3 stars.

I had to make an appointment for service because my IPhone was not working and doing all kinds of crazy things. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and directed to a table. Matt then came over to help me about 5-8 minutes later. Matt asked me some questions and began to figure out my problem. Matt explained everything he wanted to try and how the process was going to happen. It took a while but Matt was able to get my phone working perfectly within about 30 minutes. There was no charge as it was an Apple software problem. Matt is very knowledgeable and personable and is a credit to this Apple location.?

Really depends on the day. Sometimes they’re super friendly and helpful, and sometimes I see them be downright cold to people. I find that having a $7,000 laptop definitely helps with my treatment there though….. A few of the staff members definitely are ageist though

Horrible service. Came here to apple with my friend to transfer all her data to her new phone. Jeff (I believe he is new) he was awesome. She had already had her phone backed up and it shouldn’t take a long time. Long story short, her phone was saying that it would take 19 hours to back it up to the new phone. Joe (the supervisor - on 12/27/2023 at 2:30pm) was EXTREMELY RUDE, passive aggressive, and does not know how to talk to people. He told us to go home and do it at home because IT WAS WASTING HIS TIME! Like we just came here as a joke! How is this the person supervising this store? HORRIBLE SERVICE! There was a guy named Eduardo who was extremely HELPFUL and handled the situation really well. He decided to hear us and HELP us. He tried to back it up again and it worked! It was only 30 minutes. If he hadn’t popped up to save the day, we would have to do it at home (not knowing how to do it and completely dissatisfied). We are still disappointed on how your supervisor handled the situation, with not wanting to help us out and sending us home. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL.

Lots of worker but seems like only 3 people can help 8 staff just standing around. When we asked for help from a few different employees they declined to help and then just stood there. I was just picking up a repair order and had to wait apparently staff can only do one thing. They finally brought out my laptop and didn’t even let me keep the protected sleeve . You would expect outstanding quality and service; however that is not what we received.

This Apple store is the one I am most satisfied with, because I can always get the best service here, which I cannot experience in other stores. No matter how busy the store is, the store managers and store employees always smile. , takes good care of every customer, so I highly recommend this store.

This is a very bad experience, I don't know why managers and employees can ignore guests.

Overall a positive experience upgrading my iPhone from an SE 3rd ed. to a 15Pro. However there were 2 gotchas the store staff and customers should be aware of:1) if the customer has an Apple Watch it should be unpaired from the old phone before the migration.2) if the customer has any locked notes on the old phone running IOS16, they should be unlocked before the migration. The iPhone 15Pro running IOS 17 uses a different encryption key than iOS 16. Otherwise you will not be able to access your locked notes on the new iPhone. This problem has been reported to Apple engineering. Apple by intent does not control encryption keys.

I have nothing positive to say. They force you to make an appointment, but when you arrive on time, they tell you to go sit at a table. Where you will wait. And wait. And wait some more. This seems to be especially true for repairs, since you aren't there to buy products and 95% of their staff are only concerned with making a sale. Then when you go back to pick up said repaired item, you have to once again sit and wait until they deem you worthy of their attention. Yesterday there were no less than six associates socializing with each other and I was told to wait. Even when expressing that I had driven a long distance and had a very tight schedule, I was told to wait. When I went to leave because I couldn't wait any longer, one of the associates stopped his socializing with another worker to tell me he was "just about to help." He supposedly went to get the item for me, but I wouldn't know because it took so long I had to leave. He also suggested I should "just go order the item and have it shipped", when I said how far I had driven. To which I responded I already OWN the item, but they had sent it for repair.Save yourself the time and aggravation and do repairs or orders online. This would get 0 stars if possible.
