Visited the Madewell Derby street store and had a fantastic experience. I bought a lot of great pants and tops as a result of exceptional service by Alana, sales associate. She was extremely helpful and spent time with me to find the perfect pant fit and then tops to go with them. If I didn't have her assistance, then I would not have purchased anything.They are having a 40% off sale. The clothes are amazing too so I will definitely be coming back!!!!!! :)

I found some nice quality items but received poor customer service. I’ll spare you the specifics, but the sales associate and manager were indifferent and even passive aggressive when I brought up an issue I was having. I’m not a fan of capitalism and the power dynamic it creates between the “buyer” and the “seller” however I do think that customers should be treated with care and taken seriously… we received much better service in every other derby street shop!!!Plus: while trying on a pair of pants, there was an opened security tag in the back pocket which I didn’t see, and it scratched my entire calf. :(

Great ladies fashion. Wear good shoes so it will help keep your balance when you read the purchase price of their items. DO NOT bring your husband for obvious reasons.

Nice store, spacious, lots of choices. More expensive than I expected, but I haven't been to Anthropologie for a few years... It had sales, too. Clothes is good quality, pretty specific style though... Anyway, I found a gorgeous liquid gold shirt and left happy ?Will come back when I have time.

A dear old friend ordered a delicate platter to be mailed to my home. Unfortunately it arrived with a break, even though it was marked fragile. A call to customer service was answered politely and very quickly considering it is December. They immediately identified that to redeliver another platter would take months. I worried it might be discontinued in the meantime. They checked Inventory at stores near our home. I decided to drive and make the exchange in person. Upon presentation to Kaley, I could feel she felt badly when they no longer had the platter so she called other stores until she found one that could be mailed directly and quickly to us. Anna in yet a third store processed an exchange and Andrea wrapped it so carefully for us and I received the gift in perfect shape just 4 days later. Anthropologie customer service is filled with caring people that step up when outcomes don’t match their intentions. They learn from other’s mistakes and are great listeners. The bottom photo shows the packaging materials that got the job done. I am happy. Thank you all.

Mary, that worked on the night of Monday November 22, was amazing!!! She assisted in helping me, track down, a desired dress, for my sister, for Christmas. Never mind it was over the phone and right before closing. She was understanding, helpful, smart, and sweet. She couldn't have done a better job. My sister, shops at this location, and always talks about the staffs, great customer service. Mary proved her right. THANK YOU!!!

Disappointing. Dropped by with my wife and had the displeasure of being served by a rude store representative. 1 other customer in store, totally blanked us to finish her conversation with said customer for a few minutes and then couldn’t muster the strength to say “Hello”. Pretty poor customer service, at the very least I expect to have a Hello when paying.Edit: HQ reached out to me and resolved the issue very professionally and have somewhat restored my faith. Thank you.
